I can’t attest to the food on this day. I’ve had their food in the past. Not bad. I’d give a 6/7 out of 10. I only stopped in here to have a place to hop on a last min work meeting. The tables were dirty and could’ve used a wipe down after ppl left. It was quiet and served the purpose that I needed.

First time at this Panera location and it will be my last. Got the Pick 2 as usual but the protein was missing from both of my items. No farro on my salad which I would have been fine with if I wasn't missing the chicken I added to my BLT. I paid extra and it was missing completely. Bag was sealed when I picked up so I didn't notice until I got home. Shouldn't have to double check anyway as it was not busy at all and a 5 ingredient sandwhich should not be that hard to get right.

Honestly the slowest staff I’ve ever seen in my life. You would think the elderly work here. My order looked like it was microwaved and sat up there. My soup was cold and sandwiches weren’t toasted and I ordered a grilled cheese. When they reheated the sandwiches they were burned. He had to make my order all over again. They had no milk out for coffee. The ordering process took forever and I had to inform her of my coupons until she found it. It’s freezing in there. Thank goodness for the fireplace. Overall I won’t come back to this location. I would much rather drive out of my way. The entire staff needs to be retrained on customer service and speed.

really amazing. i came there with 2 cats and everyone were adoring them without any complaints which i am so grateful for. the food was amazing. service got 4, because the woman was asking my parents ‘do they understand me?’ in a not very welcome tone, while they were thinking but overall everything was amazing.

This is about the 3rd complaint I have had in a month. I spoke 2 weeks ago to a guy name David who was supposed to help me to ensure this wouldn’t happen again but I am sincerely disappointed and this time I will add photos. The workers do not want to work there I have been telling this to management for a while that the team needs to be changed and I hate leaving bad reviews but it makes no sense why a wonderful corporation like Panera would have such a lackadaisical team that cares of nothing . My soup never arrived nor is there any condiments or meat on a TURKEY SANDWICH. Truly disappointed and I will never come back to this Panera they should actually close it it’s not like anyone wants to be there anyway

This place is so slow it is ridiculous gives the brand a bad name for efficiency. I was here over 30 minutes like why for food I came in to order and the amount of people that was waiting before me was horrible

If you go there to do work or meet someone in the evenings, the music is so loud. The workers or manager does not know how to lower the sound.
Table was dirty and the employee at the register was very quiet making it hard and unclear on what they were out of. Service was pretty slow but the food was delicious at least!

11/27/24 @13:00 I picked up my meal and the lady over where the drink is was so funky not sure why she’s working front section area… she needs to be in the back. She was extremely rude not only to me but to have the customers and they take too long to serve your food line backing up. It’s just ridiculous.

One of the best Panera locations in Georgia. It's got a vibe, very unique look also. Good sized patio and interior seating . I have a sips membership but this is one of my favorite ones to visit in metro

I went today for a bear claw which is my absolute Panera favorite which I had not had in a long time only to find out it is no longer sold but the replacement is a pecan braid. It was horrible, the ends were hard even after warming and adding butter. I was very disappointed that Panera has replaced a favorite with this on top of which was a waste of $4.
