I went in to place my order. This was my first time to this location. I left and returned the pizza was ready. I am 8 minutes away from this location. How can a pizza just made and taken out of the warmer be lukewarm by the time I arrived home? Then the pizza was not cut all the way through . I don’t know how to explain the toppings other than to say it tasted like raw toppings with melted cheese on top. The pizza didn’t taste like it was cooked. It was nasty! I will not be giving money to this company again.

We thought about giving it to the homeless it I don’t know if they would even want it. I wouldn’t want to make anyone sick!

Great pizza can't go wrong with it

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS AGAIN! AND SPECIFICALLY THIS LOCATION! A MANAGER HERE PROMISED ME A STORE CREDIT AND DID NOT PUT IT IN!! MY FAMILY AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ACCOMMODATIONS AFTER THEY FAILED US ON OUR ORDER LAST THURSDAY, NOV 7th!

The lady in front over charged me. They said 10.99 over the phone and when I get there they charged me 28.98 for two pizzas.

This papa John’s sucks. Order a pizza with no cheese 5 times and got cheese every time. I even called the manager to let them know I wanted no cheese and she said Ok. Got my my pizza with extra cheese. They do not pay attention

Bad customer service !! I see why they always have bad turn over! Paid and waited 30 minutes for a pizza they said would take 10 minutes for it to never even be made. It takes them another 10 minutes to even start my pizza because now they can’t find my transaction when I even provided my transaction through my app. I hate this is the closest Papa Johns but even Dominos provides better service and they are right next door. Disappointed and you’ve lost a loyal customer!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The supervisor is highly unprofessional and rude (the one with gauges in her ear). The girl handing out the orders was also highly unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this location. The young girl handing out orders touched the computer and someone else’s card and before dealing back with the food she did not wash her hands which is not sanitary. Store needs to be inspected on health standards!!!

Whoever just delivered & who made my pizza count your days . This why i don’t tip because the time you do they do goofy stuff. 0/10 the pizza cold and doesn’t even look done . Why i open my box to that
