It’s Friday 3/1/24 and I’m trying to order pizza for my Grandson, spoke with 3 different people at Call Center and was finally told that the Evan’s Mill Road location is Not accepting orders! What kind of mess is that. This is the same location that had the wrong order delivered to me before and sent driver back to pick the order up and bring me what I ordered. The pizzas were burnt on edges and top and the Super Supreme I ordered was charged for as such, yet was missing toppings! I will be contacting Pizza Hut Corporate with complaint, this location is so far past low grade. I prefer Pizza Hut to All other chains, at least I used to!!!!!

I placed an online order for the deals they had for $7. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, boneless barbecue wings and four Pepsi’s. The total came up to $22. When I got there, surprisingly my order was resdy. When I opened up the box to check the pizza, the crust was slightly crisp (no big deal), the wings looked ok nothing too special. I asked the girl at the counter for some ranch dressing and she said that I had to pay for it. I thought that when you order wings, you at least get one dipping sauce. I didn’t pay, I just left with my food. When I got home, it was a whole different story. Picking up the slices, they were all broken apart. It was a mess. They didn’t cut the pizza correctly. I should’ve taken a picture. It was a mess. I will never go back there. They actually need to close down.

Rude customer service. Didn't deliver my order, then they blamed door dash (who I did not order through) and refused to deliver the rest of my order. I can't go out after I've taken my medication. Avoid this place!

No management,waited 35 minutes for my food and when I finally got it the crust was still raw.They work off of call centers now so in order to file a complaint you have to have a 40 minutes Q&A with some foreigner and they pass it off to somebody else and you may or maynot hear back from them.My choice I'll never go back to pizza hut.

My husband and I had not had pizza for years so we just decided to stop and get one on the way home so we stopped at this location we saw an advertisement on the window that said large stuffed pizza 13.99 ,one topping so we went in got a large one stuffed pepperoni pizza it looked as though it was a medium pizza, with eight slices on it it probably had 15 to 20 pepperonis and I really don't think it was done the crust on the bottom was a little lighter than I would have liked. We asked for some napkins they did not have any, we asked for some peppers they told us you have to pay for those very humdrum attitudes like take it or leave it . I was not impressed will not be back.

Don't order from this location. They got my order wrong to the point where I was missing half of the items I ordered. After getting the BBB involved, Pizza Hut agree to refund my order, but they did not do so. Plus, the food was cold when it was delivered.

Horrible experience. First of all it looked like a child made the pizza. They were out of some ingredients. The dough itself was so thick it looked like ingredients on a cake. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this establishment because they clearly don’t take pride in their work or paying customers.
I was totally disappointed and disgusted with the pizza I ordered. I ordered the original pan crust specialty pizza. The crust was not thoroughly cooked it was not crispy and was gooey. The toppings were cut in larder chunks rather then thin slices. Pizza Hut has been my favorite pizza for years but the pizza that I received was so bad that I will now order from other pizza parlors. I cannot continue to order from a business that delivers the quality of Pixar that I last received. The business really needs to provide quality control and inspect the product they are sending out.
