On the night of 01-07-2025, the mgr was rude & nasty. I was doordashing for a customer & had to go to the drive thru. There was an issue the intercom or she was talking too low. I told her nicely I could not hear me & she responded screaming at me “just drive around!” Just rude. This was at around 12:25am on Wed morning. You don’t talk to ppl like that, she choose the job to work & should be professional

Horrible service. People were waiting for their food for up to 20 minutes with people that came in after getting their orders first. Then they ran out of honey. And of course, my order was wrong.

Worst Popeyes I've ever been to. 12 people standing around, still took 20 minutes to get my food. My order and the order in front of me were incorrect. Fried chicken was also soggy and wet, cheese curds were disgusting. Staff was unfriendly as well as inattentive and I had to repeat my order 4 times. Will not ever go to this location again. Typical trashy area and people restaurant.
