Large coleslaw missing from my order and mac n cheese in a small container when I ordered a large. I don't have the energy to cook due to the passing of my father. Just get people order correct, damn! This is not the first time that this has happened either!

I just came from there and ordered a big box which comes with two size I asked for green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy at the intercom and when I pulled up to window they gave me one side of red beans and rice when confronted to correct the issue the cashier gave me attitude and smacked his lips and shut the window another person had to come fix my order... pitiful

Good food, but the worst drive-thru I have ever seen. Expect to sit in line at least 30 minutes, then have your order wrong. Absolutely incompetent staff who seem to have a problem understanding English. Go somewhere else!

Order a chicken sandwich, the bun was cold, chicken was oily and old. Customer service is horrible. They charge extra for sauce. Also got some chicken tenders, which was old. Don't waste your money here.

The fries are soggy & cold The tenders are dried out The chicken is good & greasy The red beans & rice & the mash potatoes & gravy is the only thing that is good. The Biscuits, WHERE IS MY BREAD MA'AM, mine isn't in the bag & no phone # to call, i will be back tomorrow after church for my biscuits. I dnt live in the area but we needed food driving home. I wanted my freaking Biscuits it's not a meal without bread š

I came to the restaurant at 11PM and was told the only thing avaliable to order is mild tenders this is the 3rd time it's happened and it this point I'm convinced employees are lying because they don't want to drop any more food

Yall get an 1 i used uber eats to order my food i took over an hour i had 3 driver pull off and leave beacuse yall waa taking too long and you would think if your out of something you would cancel the order not me

Chicken taste like wet tissue paper. They forgot my drink and didnāt give me the sauce I asked for. Rude individual working the window forgot my drink then when I came back around to get it she forgot my straw. I didnāt even argue the point.
