Hate to admit it but I’ve come twice last week and again today. My food was fresh & crispy. The young kids at the window have been super polite & respectful. And surprisingly, I haven’t had to wait as long as it used to take. Great job!

Just left the location to pick up a delivery. The app tells you every instruction but standing in line for the pickup. It specified to NOT get in line. I followed the instructions and stood at the front.One lady acts like she's speaking to everyone but I'm the only one standing there and says "Online orders need to get in line". I ask if Uber orders were also needing to get in line. She says "same thing', even though it's not, then snickers to the lady in front of her like we had beef. I don't know her and if I'm standing there then it clearly meant that I was not aware.It was a simply question considering that the requirement made no sense. Perhaps changing it in the app will make sense to them and they won't feel to have to talk out of the dogs if their neck. It's sad that adults like that haven't learned how to communicate. |

We ordered the wings the parmesan wings and the original hot wings the sauce was everywhere like they just threw it in the container it was all over the bag we had to wait 30 minutes the line was wrapped around the building so we couldn't get out of the line you either had to go forward and wait but you couldn't get out and the customer service was not very pleasant at all

I placed an uber eats order around 10:30pm and never received it. I kept getting different drivers and when I got the my final driver close to 12:00 am, he texted me that they were closing for the night and that he could not complete my order.

The wings were bigger than I expected they were good ordered the 12 PC combo with fries and a drink employees could use improvement with being courteous and customer service instead of standing around complaining to others about customers and job details if they're unhappy.
