Rice Thai Authentic Thai & Sushi Bar

Food is subpar.The service is atrocious.I asked for duck and soy sauce.The man said I put some in. He put 2 duck sauce 2 soy sauce for two people. I paid $42 and couldn’t get more sauce. I’m so glad they are closing.This place suckkkkkkkkkkkssssssssssssss.Please do not relocate.

Great food probably some of the best I have ever tasted how ever they are often times randomly close without warning no note or message on the door they are even out of things like Yum Yum sauce from time to time

Highly disappointed, i came in for Thai and sushi and the had Thai with no sushi. The basil fried rice was good but on a normal scale nothing spectacular.

Deal my favorite Thai restaurant! We were with them from the beginning, seeing the children grow, the grandbaby is growing up. Nothing like AMAZING food, real GOOD customer service!

I love coming to this establishment. Friendly service and the food always been amazing. @ Jonny Perkins like the server told you. If you ask for extra stuff they have to charge you. Stop complaining! nothing in this world is free. If you don't like the portion you're getting COOK AT HOME. People like you drive business out from this community. I've been coming to this establishment since they open. I've seen it all!! Thank you Rice Thai for staying in the community and providing us with an amazing food.

In the past I enjoyed the experience much more. The food's good. I believe the asain boy who takes orders is not pleasant at all therefore I considerably slowed down my patronage. His attitude is HORRIBLE. I personally believe he has disdain for those in the community. Also, they've been telling me they'd soon be dining in. 18 months and waiting.

The food was amazing. I got the shrimp pad Thai. It only had 6 shrimp. It was tasty. The problem i had with it was the wait time. I tried to call for almost 20 minutes and couldn't get through. So i drove over to order in person. The restaurant was completely empty. There was a 45 min wait on the food. I was informed of the wait time when i ordered so it was expected. But it was very long for an empty restaurant. If you come, i would suggest to order prior to coming since the wait is so long.

Took our children. One with a lifelong condition was hungry If I cannot read please let me know if I'm wrong. I always check myself first. The manager would not serve us.

Delicious Thai food. Will go back. Currently not dining in due to the covid but you can order take out.

I'm sorry, I forgot to take the pictures of the food BUT trust me! The GREEN CURRY w/vegetables and the BASIL SAUCE w/chicken!!! Top of line! I can't describe how these two did a number on my taste buds!! Couldn't help but to celebrate with a dance while eating! I couldn't decide and ordered them both. You have got to try this place for yourself. The young man who took the orders was very kind and polite. THUMBS UP!!

the food is good but the customer service is by far the worst I have experienced after being a customer for years. This current staff is rude, unprofessional, unapologetic, swearing at your customers isn't the way to ensure longevity in a competitive marketplace. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
