Get your facts straight! Robert’s Soul Food is not to be played with!!! This food was so on point! Omg that dressing made me mad I didn’t go here for the holidays. The seasoning on the chicken was beyond amazing and it was fried to perfection. I ate the skin then the chicken and it was good to the bone. My husband got the cabbage and he loved it. I of course had to try the Mac and cheese. It was crispy on the top layer but it was creamy and cheesy where it counts. You get all of this plus a biscuit or a roll for $9.99 when you get that Tuesday special. The specials change daily and the sides are unbelievable. They also had corn, black eyes peas and that peach cobbler had me ready to give up on my new year resolution it looked so good! Got to check it out when you want a real meal for unbeatable prices.

I am actually a chef and I've been to a lot of private owned restaurant call Mom and Pop restaurants but 3 years ago I got introduced to Robert's chicken best damn chicken ever had, it's not a black thing or a white thing but you don't even need hot sauce the chicken is perfect. POV, if you taste one piece in the store your carrier will not make it home you might want to even make it out in the parking lot.😁😆😅🤣😂

I ordered the fried catfish. Never again dark over cooked seems like the grease needed to be changed, the yams was out the can and hard not sweet at all, the cabbage was tasteless ..ewww i hate i blew money. I see why i always passed this place by. Will not go again!

I love to patronize my people. However, the older women there have the nastiest attitude ever. The place is old and outdated. They are extremely stingy with the food. Finally they over charge their customers. I now understand why they never have a crowd.

Two women were working at the counter; one of the younger women was very pleasant, while the older woman serving food was not as approachable. On my first visit, I asked about the restaurant's menu because I noticed several empty trays at the serving station. Unfortunately, the server turned her attention away from me completely, failing to respond immediately to my direct question. I found this to be a decidedly rude behavior, especially considering the urgency in which I needed the answers as there were other people waiting on line. It definitely made me want to walk away. It felt like I had to pull teeth out of her to get her to even tell me what each item was. Food was decent but the service definitely need work especially with that particular employee.

I cannot believe how good this food was !! I will definelty be back. I had the tilapia turnip greens and mac and cheese. It was delicious. My friend had the tilapia with greens and black eyed peas. it was amazing. Ther servcice was great and the staff was quite pleasant.

The food was not good at all. This was my 2nd visit here. The fried chicken was hard as a rock and so was the cornbread. The Mac and cheese was awful, bland. The collard greens were not good either. They need Gordon Ramsay ASAP. SMH, LORD HELP TODAY with this place.
