I visited the restaurant on 7/19 and the service was great. I had the pleasure of having Felicia as my server and she was great. The hostess (I didn't get her name) was friendly as well. The food could have been warmer.

Love atmosphere and Simone was Top Notch and helpful! Also manager came to greet us. Love the atmosphere and will definitely be back
Simone Was So Sweet & Nice . She was very attentive and made us feel so welcome. I would definitely have her have my server again.
Simone was excellent
I called first and was told there was no line, only to get there 5 minutes later to see 3 people ahead of me. We also had to wait as they cleaned tables that obviously weren't cleaned after people left. However, the food was good!
Great food and service. Sat at the bar and Simone took great care of me. Will be back soon.

Honestly really disappointed. Came with a group of 9 and got seated really fast. Then waited an hour and half for food while we watched 5 other tables get seated, get their food, and leave. And honestly the food was not worth the wait. I’m not normally one to complain about these things but this just sucked in general.

We had a long wait do to graduations, but once we were seated our waiter Rashaad remembered us from a time we came in before. He took really good care of us. Our food came out in a timely manner and he made sure it was what we expected. If you come to Smokey Bones @ Stonecrest ask for Rashaad.
