We went today for the first time for a Valentine’s date. We went early to avoid the crowd. Worst experience ever!! When we finally got seated, the waiter took our order. That was the last time we saw him. No one came to check on us AT ALL. We were waiting on our bill for so long. I had to go to the lady who seated us to get help. Then the bartender came to give us our bill. We asked for a to go box and to go drink and to correct our bill with a discount for joining the rewards program. We waited AGAIN for a long time just for that. It seems as though they were just too busy to provide decent customer service. Our bill was almost $60, I think we deserve better than this. We will not be going back, which is unfortunate because the food was not bad.
The brisket they were serving was actually Roast Beef. They keep insisting it’s Brisket, but I showed him what a Brisket looks like. They’ve been selling Roast Beef as Brisket for years. I never want to get a so-called Brisket here again. They’re lying to you all.
However, Nicole was exceptionally service and very professional and very attentive to our needs. Also, the atmosphere was very nice.
