Panola Road has got to be the worse location. Their customer service is horrible, they are always running out of fruit (there is a grocery store right across the street), and although they close at one time, if you come in within 30-45 minutes from the their closing time,, they may not make specific items off the menu or even let you use the bathroom because they have already cleaned it. As much as I love Smoothie King, I am going to have to either catch another one before I get to this side or resume going to their competitor. This is ridiculous.

Hello! I personally love Smoothie King, but this location is my absolute go-to spot. Every time I come here, I’m always welcomed with open arms and genuine kindness, especially by Faith and Mrs. Danyelle, the manager, who is so sweet and wonderful. The rest of the team is just as welcoming, and the atmosphere is always clean and inviting.
The smoothies and refreshers are always on point, and I can’t forget to mention the smoothie bowls—OMG, they are amazing! The presentation is always beautiful, and the taste never disappoints.
I truly love this location because every time I walk in, it feels like I’m with family. If you want great customer service, delicious smoothies, and a warm environment, this is the spot to go. Big shoutout to Mrs. Danyelle, Faith, and the rest of the hardworking team for always making the experience wonderful!

Customer service has become a lost art. The manager was stocking items when i walked in, didn’t speak or even acknowledge me. The cashier was on phone the entire time where she barely looked up while taking my order. The receipt machine either jammed or ran out of paper where she couldn’t issue me a receipt. She asked the other girl to help with the receipt (who was actually making my shake) and proceeded to continue playing on her phone. The only person in the entire store with some sort of customer service was the girl making the shake. She was nice. This store had been on a steady decline with customer service. I would’ve given it 0 stars if i could.

I’ve been a loyal customer for months now. I always get either a smoothie or a açaí bowl; I have given them the benefit of the doubt plenty of times when it came to my bowl. Today will be my last time coming to this smoothie king. My smoothie bowl had a gummy consistency and way too much peanut like the lady just threw my bowl together. It was imbalanced and not pleasing to the eye. Couldn’t even finished my bowl, it was a waste of my money.
