There is one staff person who is horrible! She closes the bathroom an hour before the store closed and if you come in 15-20 minutes before the store closes, she will not make certain items on the minute.

Got there at 8:45 open sign was still on and the door was unlocked but they was too lazy to make me a smoothie. If yall close at 9 why start cleaning and packing up early.

This probably isn't my first review of this store. And probably won't be my last. Miss Dee and her team are the absolute best. I've been a dedicated smoothie king customer for almost 20 years(açaí adventure fanatic here.. iykyk) and this panola location is the most friendly and consistent location I have frequented. Taste never misses .. Vibes never stronger.

Ok so I had to leave a review! The first time I went in I asked for a peanut power plus in a 32 oz. It wasn’t made to my liking they were busy & the manager was how do I say managing her staff! She wasn’t playing with them! She was super sweet & remade it for me it was Perfect! I went in today looking for a low fat low sugar option! Chile I came in there what a list Ms. Dee Dee the manager was there she looked at me like an aunty who was about to hold your hand & give you the business!! lol! We laughed & she took my order it came out just fine! Thank you Ms. Dee Dee & staff for being so kind! I needed that laugh this morning before the gym!

This store is AMAZING!!! Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. The store manager makes every customer feel appreciated and like family. Often times she knows what I need before I walk in. I really like how customer centric they are. In my opinion this is the best Smoothie King I've ever encountered. They all go far and beyond to please and deserve a raise....
