For the first time in a long time of me going to this sonic‘s location, I have received this great of a service. Everything I ordered was received. My food came out hot and delicious. My only issue is that I did a mobile order and when I tried to put in the stall location, it said that something went wrong so I had to get the attention of a a drive-in hop employee and she assisted me well and brought my order right out to me.

My husband and I haven't been to Sonic in awhile, and I had forgotten how good the food is! We were disappointed that they only had driven thru service today, but there was still a dedicated place to park and eat. There is no dine in at Sonic.😊

The WORST milkshakes we have ever had!! Ordered three milkshakes, hot fudge, strawberry and banana. The milkshakes had ZERO flavor and was crunchy from unleaded ice!! So disappointed
The employees are rude and have no sense of hospitality. They don't even greet the customer. Manager just standing around. I will rate this location a -1000. And I do mean NEGATIVE 1000

I wanted to give a review about this location sonic on Covington Highway. The food is pretty good, but there has been an ongoing issue with the parking lot light and the building light they’re never on. It’s too dark when you pull into the drive-through it is completely dark and I’ve been wanting to do a review on this because these lights have been out really since Covid and I just don’t understand why the management and the owners of this particular location would not check the parking lot of their customers so I’m hoping that this review makes the difference thank you

I came just to order drinks. The young lady told me to wait. I sit at the intercom for 5 minutes, (there were 3 other cars behind me as well) then pull around to the window. I couldn’t understand what could take so long since you don’t service the parking lot anymore, just the drive thru line. I pull around and there are 3-4 associates inside talking and laughing. That was the last straw for me. This location is poorly lit as if they don’t even want you to come here. I can see corporate shutting down this location in the near future.

I waited almost 30 minutes after my quoted time to get food. The queso smasher burgers are good. The witch's bre float slushie and red velvet cake shake are good. But the 2 new drinks - sparkling dr. Pepper sugar cookie and buttery Brew are disgusting
