I wanted to give a review about this location sonic on Covington Highway. The food is pretty good, but there has been an ongoing issue with the parking lot light and the building light they’re never on. It’s too dark when you pull into the drive-through it is completely dark and I’ve been wanting to do a review on this because these lights have been out really since Covid and I just don’t understand why the management and the owners of this particular location would not check the parking lot of their customers so I’m hoping that this review makes the difference thank you

I came just to order drinks. The young lady told me to wait. I sit at the intercom for 5 minutes, (there were 3 other cars behind me as well) then pull around to the window. I couldn’t understand what could take so long since you don’t service the parking lot anymore, just the drive thru line. I pull around and there are 3-4 associates inside talking and laughing. That was the last straw for me. This location is poorly lit as if they don’t even want you to come here. I can see corporate shutting down this location in the near future.

I waited almost 30 minutes after my quoted time to get food. The queso smasher burgers are good. The witch's bre float slushie and red velvet cake shake are good. But the 2 new drinks - sparkling dr. Pepper sugar cookie and buttery Brew are disgusting

There's a female that has a lisp and gets frustrated when you don't understand what she's saying. It's not my fault she talks with a fat tongue. If you feel like you have to get upset every time there's a misunderstanding get somebody else to do it.

we had a great experience, not sure what these other reviews are talking about. yes, it has a vacant vibe due to no lighting or menu boards. sure there’s bird poop all over the signs. but we had great service in a timely fashion. our order was correct and honestly the only thing was not knowing to ask for groovy sauce. we have nothing but good things to say! hate to see a local establishment tanked on bad reviews. give them another chance.

This location needs more employees because I shouldn't have to wait this long if I order ahead of time. It looks like 4 people are working, and only the drive-thru is open. Then I had to wait 30 - 45 min for 2 drinks. So I was just confused why it took so long. I do appreciate the workers for keeping a positive attitude in this extreme heat. As a company, yall need to staff more people for rushes like this because this the second time this has happened.
