I went through the drive thru and asked for a strawberry sundae and was told the machine wasn’t working so I ordered it on Uber eats and there wasn’t any issues smh. A bunch of lazy kids work at this location.

If I could rate them lower than one star, I would. Their professionalism is severely lacking, and the food is below par. They even shut down their equipment early just to leave work on time. The manager's behavior was incredibly rude; he questioned me at the window about why I wanted a refund and where my food was. I explained everything to the cashier, who then fetched the manager. To my disbelief, the manager claimed he couldn't issue a refund because the cashier who took my order had already left. It was an absurd excuse. Furthermore, he abruptly closed the window while I was speaking. The entire establishment needs to undergo significant improvements, including staff training or a complete new staff. I've given them three chances, and each time, the experience has only worsened. I even attempted to contact the number on the receipt over a week ago, but no one bothered to respond.

Waited in a long line just to order & ended up having to repeat my order back. Just to get home & my order was messed up. I order two meals of bacon cheeseburgers but they didn’t add bacon to one. Food was cold & disgusting ? I will never go back to this restaurant every again!!! Hire ppl that listen to customers order.

Ordered Online for a second time and I ordered a chili tater tots and they were not fully cooked and so soggy I couldn’t even eat them. This location has horrible customer service never goes the extra mile for a customer and will not be returning.

Sonic has fresh delicious food and their vegetables are very fresh, prices are reasonable but the value is worth the cost. Their tots are cooked to perfection.Parking: Huge parking area with drive up valet service, drive through service, walk up dining outside or park and eat in car. Very spacious lot.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu available, with a toy when purchasing the kids value meal.

What time does this establishment really close!? It’s really disappointing when you are having late night cravings and see that it’s supposedly close at 12am drive all the way there and they are closed at 10am such a disappointment!!

Been to Covington hwy location twice. Ordered fresh fruit cherry limeade. Both times never got cherries or lime slices. Tried to call no answer and VM box full.

I headed hear after a late night at school, so I wouldn't have to cook. I ordered ahead through their app and went to the drive-thru. The line was ridiculously slow, and st that time i wasn't sure if it was an inside thing or the customers in front of me. I finalky got to the speaker told them I had a mobile order & they directed me to pull forward to the window. Once I made it to the window they acted like I did something wrong. I kid you not, I could tell they were swamped and unorganized from the window. The person that told me to drive up wasn't working the window so that was mistake one. They didn't relay my mobile order information to their coworkers, mistake two. After being away for 4-5 minutes the cashier at the window asks again what my order was, so they hadn't even started on it the entire time I was waiting at the window. After the second time I think they understood I was starting to get frustrated so I believe they expedited my order. I received my cherry limeade minus the cherries & lime that I had ordered to be in the drink. The hotdogs were way overcooked to the point the skin had turned semileathery. I hope it was just an off night for the staff, so im willing to give them another shot. Hopefully the next time I decide to stop at this location the experience & food is much better.
