Spice House Restaurant & Lounge

When I first visited this place back in July, I fell in love with the Rasta Pasta. My family decided to treat me here for my bday and I was looking forward to ordering my favorite dish again. Unfortunately I as well as my sister received Rasta pasta that was cold and watery. We were immediately told that we would have to order something else because it would not be taken off our bill. I wish we would have asked for a manager instead of being forced to order another meal. Later on a manager did come to our table, apologized, and agreed that the food was not appetizing. She even said that she would take something off of our bill since 2 out of 3 meals had to be sent back. Unfortunately she never did. This was not a cheap meal and my family and I expected more.

My family and I had been here on 1 occasion before and our food mainly the Rasta pasta was delicious

Today the Rasta pasta was watery and the pasta was cold. The waitress stated she was unable to take the food off our bill, which almost felt like we were being forced to eat there.
The day manager came to our table apologized and stated she would take something off the bill(that did Not happen)
2/3 of our meals were sent back

My family and I will not be back

I went to Downtown Peoria to catch the Bus home to Atlanta, GA. I had experienced a great 70 year old Birthday Party Reunion with my High School Class of 1973, AOL/ Spalding. I had 2 1/2 hours, before the bus arrived. I went to Spice House Restaurant....right down the Street. I had a delicious Wrap! The meal was Outstanding. The Customer Service was Phenomenal. Everyone was extremely Friendly and Helpful. I definitely will be back! Great dining experience.

Fatima was awesome! Full of energy and made sure we had a great experience

First time coming and it was a kool vibe with great music. Unfortunately they were out of Ox tails and Red Snapper, but our server Fatima made up for it with great service!! The Rasta Pasta was really good, I love the seasoning on the jerk chicken. Fatima was very engaging and attentive. We most definitely enjoyed Fatima as our waitress! We most definitely will be back.

It's crazy how you work so hard to Open your business, then get people who don't care about your business working there.
Because of the interaction with the server, I and party of 8 left.
I can't rate the food because I didn't have any.
