You can't mess up the food at Steak'n Shake BUT... This was the dirtiest one I've ever been to!
I had to look at six booths before I found one that was marginally clean. We were too far from home, so we decided to dine in.
Lastly the food and the cooks and the servers were friendly and professional, thus the three-star overall rating.

This place treats you however they want and they give you whatever you want. I asked for steak and shake fries and they gave me some thick cut, raw and cold fries that weren’t even steak and shake fries. No customer service. Also got a small shake and they gave me a kids size. Cashier don’t even speak and say anything during your interaction. Please don’t waste your time here

The food is good when it’s made right. I ordered and burger and my order wasn’t made correctly so I had to come back and get it remade now I’m not sure if this woman is a manager but she short lightskin with honey blonde hair with a cut on her right arm she had an attitude with me because I threw the burger they messed up away instead of exchanging it which I wasn’t aware we were exchanging the burgers usually the restaurant employees throw the old food away so I did instead bottom line is nobody should be catch any type of attitude nor trying to get smart with me because I’m a customer a I wasn’t rude and I paid for my food to be made right.

Need to order by kiosk. Being first time at a Steak & Burger, ordering this way took a long time for 6 people. Given papers with QR code to scan to pour drinks Took several times to scan before it worked Not sure of reason for this...possibly prevent theft? Food pretty good. Floor everywhere very sticky & discolored, needs heavy duty cleaning.
We stopped in because we were traveling and it sounded good. It used all kiosks for ordering. Our kiosk didn't have a cash option. The items were few and isolating from people was difficult.

I usually go to this location and do not have a problem with my order. Tonight my order was not made correctly. I asked for a fully dressed burger and received small pieces of lettuce, one end piece of tomato, two very small onion pieces and no pickles. It wasn’t worth returning but I will not go back and on this location again. The food is good when it’s prepared correctly. Two thumbs down and zero stars for this location!
