My sandwich clearly says bacon lettuce and tomato’s and they put spinach on my sandwich do not waste your time at the location because they think it’s ok to make your food how they want just because they’re ready to go home. Bad poor customer service

They kept it pretty messy on line but I understand when you get occupied by walk in and making deliveries.
When i arrived, there was no one was behind the counter , however the employee which seem to be sitting to the righr corner with a drink in her hand made eye contact and did not once attempt to address me or anyone else in the store. They gave us the impression that they didn't want to be bothered and would rather for us to leave. Duly noted, so we left. Never to return to this poorly manage restaurant. Dont waste your time with this location. I would give it a negative star for customer service alone.

A very bad service, they don’t have what they offer, the equipment is not working, I had a chicken sandwich and had to choose something else because they didn’t have what is on menu board. The meat was cold, the bacon was uncooked, in general was expecting to eat some delicious warm food but I went to the wrong place.

I've only been here 2xs. I ordered online 1ce and when I arrived, I was told they didn't have an item that I put on my order. I was told that they wouldn't and couldn't cancel the order. When I came into the store to make an order on another visit, it just was not a pleasant experience and they are higher than the subway less than 10 minutes away. I'm done with subway altogether.

I did a order online 3 subs,and paid over $40 got there at the time of pickup and it wasn't ready, then they tell me that they only have wheat bread only. I told them that I was trying to call and the said they didn't have a phone. So I wanted a refund and the young lady said they couldn't do a refund on a online order . I will never go back to subway on Panola Rd 🤦♀️

The staff was nice. Ordered 3 footlong sandwiches, came home immediately after the order, live less than 2 miles from the location and the bread is hard on all three sandwiches. Not fresh at all. Tried to call location and voice mail is full no answer. Hungry she disappoint customer and family.

This location needs to either close down or hire people that want to work and provide good customer service. I was there this evening between 6 and 6:30. There was only one worker and was sitting in the back of the dinner room and there was one other customer that was getting to leave. However I asked if they still had the Italian and she didn't respond to my question and I asked again and her response was she didn't know what that was. The lettuce was brown looking and said about it and was once again slow to respond but said it was fresh, that is was just put out. My biggest issue is that this girl had on dard shades and barely opens her mouth when asked a question. I was not greated when I walked in but spoke to her and she didn't speak back. However unprofessional customer service and care about the food that is being served. I left and went over to the Flat Sholes location and got much better welcoming service and there 3 people working together and took care of me. These young people have to understand that is their going to be in customer service and they have to be customer friendly. Panola pay closer attention to your store. Im not wanting or trying to get this person fired, she just needs some extra training, because everyone needs a job.. Thank you!

Bro! This is why I will NEVER tip anyone of y'all before I get my food! Both of our sandwiches were put together sloppy and they put a ridiculous amount of mustard! Like damn bruh! Make my sandwich like you want your sandwich made. It’s only in the hood where they just throw your food together and not give af. I’m so sick of these sorry behind employees y'all got. What’s the point in ordering online if I got to monitor you make my sandwich!
The customer service was terrible. The two young ladies working the counter seem to be working on the same sandwich for the one customer. In the mean time, others waited for service. After I received my food the bag handle broke. I asked for another bag. The young lady gave me another bag and walked away with an attitude. I felt as if I imposed on her time. Good customer service goes a long way. I will not go back to this location again.

I asked for mustard,and mayonnaise on sandwich. The girl put it on the meat. I was told if I want it on my bread that I have to tell them. I told them that I never had it done like that. The meatballs sub was terrible, the meatballs had over cooked. I will never go to this one again.

Do not recommend. Zero stars. Out of half the ingredients. Ordered a salad. Store has no utensils. Did not think to suggest I change my order. Fountain sodas malfunctions spraying on us and soda flavors out. Only Coke working.

I went in to get a sub and the person who took my order did not greet me just asked me what I wanted and started slamming items and proceeded to have an attitude the entire time !! Please make sure people are not applying just for the check . I will not return to this location
