I walked in at 7:24 to purchase a soda. The man or woman whatever they were at the register very very rudely told me they were closed. Even though the door was unlocked and I was able to walk in. I checked the hours to see if they were affected by Easter, and Google said that they were not. And they closed at 8. Every time I go into this subway everyone in there has a nasty attitude. This subway is right next door to my apartments and I'd sooner drive an hour away to go to another location. You all need all new staff.

I ordered on subway app.. for delivery... still disappointed footling tuna with extra tuna .... among other items check receipt The foot long had the amount for a kids sub really .. if you can order in person and watch... I guess the only way it will be correct

It seemed to be a lot of random people coming in and out without purchasing anything.An employee who was not on schedule, walked in went behind the counter got some food then left.The fountain machine was out of several soda items.There was not a sanitation grade posted.

A man in line before me came in for food and the lady (shirt said Chantel with piercings in her face) was fixing a sandwich she did not acknowledge him at all so he left. Then it was my turn I said Goodmorning she did not say anything back. I stood there right in front of her and waited for her say hi or be with you in a moment NOTHING I continued to stand a few more minutes and still nothing I left out with no service. She is disrespectful and refusing business the owner of this franchise should be VERY UPSET!

I haven't been to a Subway for many many long years until recently. Placed my order online then by the time I come in to pick up my order it was already done as that's the good news.Bad news is by the time I get home, The salad I ordered was missing the cheese, The spinach leaves wasn't chopped in small pieces as requested for the salad & NO Lettuce wasn't even in my salad as how you going to fix salads for customers without the Lettuce, -_- SMH. The sub sandwich was done alright except its a shame that Subway subs still feel like you eating mostly bread unless you double the meat / main-item and I still gotta say Publix still doing it right with the sub sandwiches in their deli.Overall gotta say no matter the recent changes / improvements etc., Still feels like it's the same Subway I've known in the 1990's.Parking: Can be difficult to find a parking space most of the time when a lot of cars are already parked filling in the spaces especially during the 2PM to 7PM time frames.

I go to this location and I never have issues until my last visit. The young lady who was taking the orders attitude was DISGUSTING!! The customer ahead of me ended up walking out because of her nasty comments towards him. When I spoke up about her mistreatment, she said to me “you can leave too!” And continued to verbally attack me. Not to mention the manager witnessed the whole thing and said nothing. I don’t know how the owners has such a rude person working front and center with their customers. She’s going to be the reason their business fails.

I ordered a spicy Italian sub on July 14th 2023 at 3:50 P.M and when I got home it did not have all the meat that comes with the sandwich.I took the Sub back on July 15th at 3::35 P.M. to get a Sub remade and the employee stated that nothing they can do about that with a bad attitude.My bill was $10.47 , what a waste of moneyI have been buying at Subway for over 35 years.I reported it to corporate, even though it is a Franchise.

Catered food was awful. No toppings, hardly any meat. Bread taste freezer burnt. Didn’t write which meats were on which sandwich so everybody is Digging their hands through the sandwiches to find the one they wanted. Horrible chip selection. Bad experience overall and will make sure we don’t ask for it again. Thanks Subway on Panola road.
