The food wasn't seasoned, the area the restaurant is in can't be helped, but the customers can be very rude. The patrons ruin the atmosphere and the food could use a small sprinkle of salt. I had a cheese burger, my wife had a 3 piece fish combo. The in house drinks are too sweet and the under seasoned food isn't making it better.

I purchased a fish sandwich 10/18/24. The sandwich was so small I opened the little brown bag and asked the guy how this was a decent sandwich for $7. The fish was so small and thin, it was thinner than the bread. The Chinese guy had a nasty attitude told me I got 2 pieces of fish, bread and lettuce. Will not be back especially since I read the review on roaches running around the store.

There was roaches crawling all over the place. When we told the man he came from behind the counter with a dust bister and sucked it up ! He didn’t care what so ever! His attitude was disgusting and disrespectful! I will never eat here again and I have also reported them to the health authorities.thats just a pic of the one I caught they were literally all over!

Went here because my aunt bought 2 fish dinners and she wanted me to go and order more hush puppies because she dropped them on the ground.The Asian man who works in there refused to sell her more hush puppies without getting a diinner.Again I was purchasing the hush puppies .Hush puppies are even on the menu to purchase as a side order.Lets not support this business anymore.

People swear by this place but just ordering a sandwich after 4 pm is ridiculous they want to charge more so they give you the sandwich unconstructed in a box and call it a 2pc plate to charge more ???? I don't know why I'm sure they may tell us in the reply. Maybe it's because the fish sandwich has no bones in the fillet who knows.Lackluster I must say the boxing is very important and once fried food gets sweaty and soggy it's the worst ....the food wasn't fried crispy enough to Not do this before it was taken one mile down the road. Soggy fish and fries is gross ??♀️??♀️fries are not good. Buy a better brand please.

I tried to call in an order at 7:55pm and was told no call in orders will be taken due to them closing at 8:30pm. I drove to the location and was there before closing and they were mopping and refusing service to customers. This an example of poor customer service to say the least.
