Fast, efficient and, at least in my experience, not as overcrowded as most late night fast food places get. If it's not too far out of your way and you need something to eat late night could do MUCH worse.

Horrible horrible horrible these ppl seriously need to do some deep dive into there employees and service after hours it's only 12:15 am they don't close until 3am why are we waiting 20 + minitues for tacos ? 6 cars lined up in the drive thru they did re-construction and revamped the building for what reason? We need to revamp the staff at this point because taco bell is wasting there time entertaining this location . Don't waste ur time every time I come here it's the same mess un professional employees mediocre food and extended wait time

Today was the 2nd time that this location was only accepting payments of exact change or on a card, because they failed to have adequate change on hand. An $11 and change order, paying with a $20 couldn't even be accommodated. How exactly do they plan on doing business if they can't actually -DO- business?

Naco Cheese taste like spit I was spitting out my food an eating certain parts of it that didn't have the naco cheese to it I asked for naco cheese on all my $7 cravings an it must of been a problem cause I only had naco cheese on one of three of my tacos on December 4 2024 11.pm I ben eating here for a minute it's been good until tonite nothing but spit it taste like tonite you might hear people say oh you on bicycle oh that's a promblem it's December I ben eating there since July 2024 an I loved there food since then they had polite workers tonite was like beginning of the year when all restaurants tasted like spit July all restaurants we're regular nothing wrong I eat out everyday on panola an Wesley chapel either I loved it except jj's that had my teeth chipping compared to others food I delivered that had way other exception taste then my bag by a rainy day we're food was left in my bag

IF you can get the correct food, while it's warm, and don't need to contact the store for any reason, it's alright. If you need to call the store, give up. If you need any ingredients changed, give up. If you need something that's not one of the staple menu items, settle in and get comfortable, or give up.
My partner and I are allergic to proteins other than chicken thanks to a tick bite. What do we pay extra for every time? Chicken. What do we receive 90% of the time? Beef.
It's a waste of food, costs, and labor, and makes your customers so frustrated. Especially when you don't give out receipts, or answer the phone.
Here's hoping the remodel comes with some retraining, because I would love to trust this location again.
