I recently went through the drive-thru at Taco Bell and had another disappointing experience. The wait time was far too long, and when I finally received my order, the quesadilla was very poorly made—just tortilla with hardly any cheese or meat. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor quality and slow service at this location. After giving it multiple chances, I’ve decided this will be my last visit. Taco Bell needs to do much better if they want to keep customers coming back.

Order was all wrong. I asked for tomatoes to be removed on all my items...I had EXTRA...SMH taco bell on Flatshoals and Lumby dr sucks

This Taco Bell is really good! Super clean and the customer service was great! They went out of there way to make sure my kids got the loaded fries they really wanted and it was hot when we got it! She was super sweet! Thank you!

They always mess up your order. Sad you gotta check your order at the window. Just to make sure the write topping are on.

Shoutout to Ms.Kay and the team for being amazing and empathetic. A doordasher made a terrible experience for me, and even though it was not Taco Bell's fault, she made my experience unforgettable! The amount of customer service I recieved turned my frown upside down! Thank you so much for the amazing experience and I wish you all well!

Taivion has excellent customer service. Me and my co-workers have all said he is kind and well mannered. We come here for his service !!!! Promote/raise is needed or I might just offer him a job the next time I see him !!!!!

This is one of the cleanest and best service taco bell locations I've witnessed. Wonderful staff,I can't believe it's not packed all day.

Absolute worst Taco Bell location ever. Workers are very disorganized and lack basic customer service skills

Fast, efficient and, at least in my experience, not as overcrowded as most late night fast food places get. If it's not too far out of your way and you need something to eat late night could do MUCH worse.
