Holy crap I've been to slow taco bells before but this one by far is the worst!!! 33 mins In line behind only 2 cars for a mobile order is crazy as hell!!! Then to make is worse the food is wrong and cold!!! Yall need to get it together and I want my damn money back !!!

This location needs to be shut down or a whole new staff. Out of everything! Rude staff. Food made incorrectly and portions for an infant. Moving slow, just standing there. Line backed up everyone waiting. Only one employee tried to be helpful Mr. Scooter everyone else needs serious training. Very shocked because Taco Bell is usually fast and good.

Horrible customer service...today I ordered pickup around 1145pm..I sent my husband to pick up the food and blindly he didn't know what he was picking up, they got the whole order wrong. I drove back up to get the right food and a black woman with colorful braids decided to argue me up and down about how she gave us the right food...I got my food needless to say but yall have to do better...

Very rude staff. We tried to go through drive through and got told we had to come in. When I came in the staff would not take my order either. Both employees preferred to stand there and argue then just do their job and take care of the customer.

I go to eat here inside on Saturday 11/8 and neither kiosk is working. I am told by a heavy set woman working there that I cannot place an order at the register and I’ll have to use the drive thru. Truly terrible customer service. Making people use kiosks is one thing but when both are out of order not allowing someone to place an order inside at all is ridiculous. This Taco Bell needs a management overhaul.

This store is HORRIBLE! 100% Guarantee your order will be wrong. A back restaurant full of kids and miscreants. It’s a shame. If you just HAVE to eat Taco Bell go to the Sigman Rd store.

The manage was rude and unprofessional. The young personal was calling out orders. (Who has two order) so we had two order and was giving someone else order. Now we order on machine with name. They how the order should have been called out or why give them your name? Then the manage said out loud why take the order if it not yours all rude like she's mad. But they gave it to us, we didn't just take it off the count. And my husband stated what our order was and the young man gave it to him like that was what was in the bag. When I looked in it, it was not . So poor train of how to handle orders. And that started other to start complaining, while the manager is complaining about us instead of teaching her co workers. Not blaming your customer.
Never go there again. We will not be back to this location.

I have a bad experience at this store and others in our area. I’m allergic to the beans so I always ask for no beans. Once the one on Wesley gave me ALL beans no meat. And it was late night so when I went back they had closed early. This time I asked for no beans and I got NO BEANS! The food was good and neat, the crew was friendly but the lemonade? Check the lemonade. All around great job guys!

The tacos tasted like they were already sitting in a heat lamp before we ordered it, the drive thru line was so slow that we pulled out of line and went inside, and there were only 4 drinks available from the drink machine.
