Ajah is the BEST!!!! I have become quite the regular and she knows my order when i pull up!!! amazing customer service, always good food, and i get excited to go to see my girl in the drive thru!!! when shes working, its a good day :) She also recommended the new dragon fruit freeze which is WAY better than I expected (im kinda picky, so i dont normally try new things) but it is SOOOO good.

This location was BUSY and there was just one worker. I unfortunately had to wait over 20 mins for my order got home and my Veggie bowl was missing. and my sisters order was missing her taco. However, if I could give this poor girl a rating for working as fast as she could without letting the stress get to her, I would give her a 10. Even though mine was missing, it was a big order and there were about 7 car in the drive thru and 6 people in the lobby waiting for orders.

The food was bland. ? Bought nacho bell granda, extra meat, extra cheese. The taco shells were soft as if the meat and cheese had been sitting on the shells for awhile. The shells were not crunchy at all ? won't be going back here again. ???

I was just at your at your store on Mall Parkway and there was only one man and one woman at work and I have never been treated so rudely in my life the man tried to intimidate me from being in the store he yelled at me cussed at me didn't understand why I was looking at him while he was making his order asked me if I wanted to call the police and just acted like a complete Nut Job

Arrived at 12:20 and they told me I had to place a mobile order in order to get food… I downloaded the app and tried to place an order but the app said it was too late. And they refused to take my order. If you’re going to close a hour early and only accept online orders it would be great to let Google know so people won’t pull up expecting food!

Lunch time and their fryer is broken and no specialty drinks. No customers to be found except one car in the drive-through. All other restaurants in the area are very busy.

Second time visiting this location over a span of years. Just wanted to order something quick & filling enough to get us through the rest of the night however, my daughter’s chicken quesadilla was burnt. The rice in my veggie bowl was hard & there was no sauce in the box. My boyfriend got 3 double-stack tacos which I hope he will enjoy but I’ll pass on this location from here on out. Both times my food was a miss.

This taco bell has got bad. Missing items in my meal. The employees are slow and don't care about customer service. They take the order at the call box and then ask what did I order at window. Forgot my whole order. Only two guys on duty and they locked the lobby.

This store is a hot mess of non-working employees that have no common courtesy for the customer.Drive-thru order: Sunday December 3, 2023 I purchased two chipotle ranch chicken burritos with no red chips or tomatoes and a strawberry creme freeze drink, of course tomatoes were on there and the burritos were cold as if they had just taken out of the cooler... Even the tortilla was cold. The drink was extremely too sweet to drink. I returned to the store where Ashley was at the window (but didn't initially take my order) she was extremely disrespectful and her tone of voice and spoke down to me like I'm not a fifty-three year old woman.She opens the window and says yeah, not a hello how can I help you, just yeah I explain about my floors and ask that it be remade correctly, sure says give it to me and scratched the bag out of my hand.At that point I wanted to get her attention she looked at me and kept speaking to another associate, I blew my horn and at that point I just wanted a refund. She slammed the window, came back and gave me my refund I asked for the Managers name and phone number, she stated it's on your receipt...I said you didn't give me a receipt... She gave me someone else's receipt but not for my meal after that she slams to the window and walks off.She really needs to be reprimanded and retrained properly on her customer service skills. I truly hope that Taco Bell does not continue to condone this type of behavior towards their customers.I've attached the receipt she gave which was not my original receipt and I wrote her name on the receipt so I could report the correct person .
