This place used to be a favorite of mines for decades, now it's unfortunately not!! The food was horrible. The rice was bland, no flavor. The fried shrimp was overcooked taste like rocks!! The spaghetti had no flavor. The Jack Daniel's sauce taste weird not like the original JD sauce. They need to revamp their menu. This place was like a ghost town. I see why their declining in sales. The food is disgusting.

10/10 NGL I had my reservations because all the other locations shut down years ago but I was very pleasantly surprised. The food and the service was superb 👌. Our server was Simone and she was attentive and such a delight. Highly recommended to enjoy a great meal.

It was ok. I ordered the boneless wings, cheese sticks amd potatoe skins. It was NOT worth $24!!!! They gave me old and burnt boneless wings but the server got me fresh ones. The young lady was nice and made sure my food was right the second time. If it wasn't for her, they wouldn't have gotten 4 stars.

The service was terrible. The girl that looked to be an assistant manager was rude. The manager never came out at our request. They didn’t have any of the drink specials. We try to patronize businesses in our Black communities but this experience was extremely disappointing. We will never visit that Fridays again.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience at this TGI Fridays was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we sat down, the service was terrible. Our server was completely inattentive — she barely checked on us, and when she did, her attitude was cold and dismissive.
We had to send food back multiple times because it was incorrect. No apologies. No urgency. Just more attitude. To make matters worse, the manager came out and was shockingly rude. Instead of trying to make the situation right, she escalated it with a nasty tone and zero professionalism. Honestly, I was stunned.
It wasn’t just us either — we saw multiple tables around us dealing with the same horrible service and frustration. This wasn’t a one-off bad night… it was a pattern.
This location needs a serious management overhaul, if not to be shut down completely. I left feeling completely disgusted. Save yourself the trouble — eat anywhere else.

Kaylani our server was great, I’m almost convinced she is keeping this location open. She sat our table after about 5 minutes of everyone telling us they’d be right with us, she met us with such a contagious little smile. made our drinks behind the bar and she even had made some of our food because whoever was working the kitchen was new and not up to par. It seemed like she alone was running the restaurant. There was not a manager or bartender in sight and the other servers were sitting outside. Food was okay. GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE!!!!!
Had to wait about 40 minutes just to get cold food. Manager said she knew it was cold and had been waiting in the back but thought it was okay . Terrible. BUT my server , Chan was great !

It was freezing. We asked for a few things on the menu but they didn’t have it. I ended up getting the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta but it was overcooked and basically a soup. It looked more like a chicken noodle soup. There weren’t any hot sauce. We will never be back to this location again.

Second time coming and leaving . Just filthy on the inside , plenty servers doing nothing and could be cleaning up tables . First time I came , manager claimed system was down while sitting outside a cigarette . Just unprofessional .

Terrible, they are going out of business. They could only seat 9 people and no more until 5pm. They had 1 cook, a second cook came and they will not seat us. We went to Apple Bees nearby.
