Touchdown Wings at Lithonia

The shrimp fried rice I ordered through DoorDash was horrible I had to trash it. Not well cooked and the food doesn’t taste fresh I will never order again

Of course I find the Health inspection score AFTER paying for my food! The score is not immediately positioned where customers can see it, it’s off to the side which is just as concerning as the score. The customer service tonight also matched the score!

Yesterday i had ate here and the food really wasn’t that good and today i was sick literally had to go to ER because i was throwing up and felt like i was dying and this place gave me food poisoning. 👎🏾 never eating here again

I placed an order online and specifically added on my order that I was highly allergic to shellfish! I even asked the little girl at the register if they cooked my food seperate from the shrimp as i requested. She said, yes! Unlike the other Touchdown on (Centerville Hwy) this location did not follow my instructions! This is important! With that said, I caught an allergic reaction which scared me tremendously! I could have died! LUCKILY, I had Benedryl on hand and didnt have to go to the ER! If I would have went to the ER- they would have gotten SUED! I will not be going back to this location!

The wings were pretty good. No issues with the food. However, the young lady they had at the front taking orders has an attitude problem and very rude. I will not be back because of that.

Wings were very good but I ordered two 10 pieces and received two 9 pieces. Not sure what happened but it wasn’t worth calling to complain.

My food is soooooo goood I'm giving 5 all around because the Asian man whom took my order also cooks the food and brings it out perfect ... however u have two young black girls at the front running there mouth and your soda machine needs to be clean if they can talk they can talk and clean my love God bless u

The wings and fries were good I bought 3 orders (36.26) I received all dummy in 2 orders and they remade 1 but would not remake the other one because my 7 year old grand daughter ate 1 of the wings. To me that's not good customer service. Those were for my grandkids so when I went back I was going to get me some but no no no.thank you for remaking the one order. The young lady at the register was very pleasant

This restaurant has great food but needs new employees. The staff is extremely rude. I literally was on hold trying to place an order, pulled up still on hold, walked in. The young lady was standing there on her phone. I asked why could I not place the order over the phone if you weren’t busy and then receive attitude behind it constant lies when I’m standing here watching her. Do nothing I wouldn’t ask the question if I wasn’t watching this situation.
