Waitress name tag “ Day” was Unfriendly not greeted with a smile not even after I say hello, she said how can I help you so dry. Where is the Beautiful young lady her name starts with a “A” she always greets and makes sure my or was correct. I had to tell “ Day” she called my order out wrong. Waffle House Mall Pkwy. I just started coming back to you all . Please treat your customers as if you appreciate them instead of acting as though we are irritants.

Was here at 9:30am Saturday the team on this shift works very well together!! Great communication amongst each other, everyone said good when I walked in, food came very fast and hot!!! Might I add they had a full house of customer placing Togo others and they held it DOWN!!! Thank you see you next weekend 🤗
