I ordered online, waited longer than expected pick up time, when I arrived to the facility, everyone was looking dumb and my order wasn’t even started. The place wasn’t busy, had 1 customer, they were mopping the floor while food was being cooked. Where is the health department.

Terrible customer service! They looked at all of us waiting without a greeting or a heads up that they were behind on orders. Then after 30 mins I ask how much longer will it take before you take our order she said she didn't know. Being that they were behind nobody was moving like everyone was acting like they didn't wanna be there walking slow and standing around. Why work somewhere you don't want to be

Worst Waffle House I have ever been to. Ordered online because you can’t go inside. They said 15 mins I arrived in 20 they had not even started making my food. Once I finally did get my order 25 later and standing in the cold it was wrong.

wish i could have tasted the food before i tipped. texas steak melt: meat was salty, on the plus side they weren't slacking on it would have been better if i didn't have to worry about high blood pressure. as well the presentation wasn't admirable either. the sandwich wasn't wrapped very well, it was exposed when i opened the bag. like they couldn't get the paper over the whole sandwich and just threw it in there. the service wasn't bad but it wasn't the best. it was slow and clearly they were bored so wasn't really concerned about the service ik how it is.

Unfortunately they weren’t serving anyone for some reason. There was only one cook and the lady taking the orders closed the windows and did not respond to customers asking about service.
