Went in to order breakfast for me and my kids… the cashier didn’t know how to ring in what I ordered so she had someone help which I assume was the manager. He didn’t know how to ring it in either and overcharged me. I ordered a Jr waffle meal with bacon and sausage, an all star breakfast with cheese grit, a grit bowl with a side of hash browns. How does that come up to $51? Then to get my food and it all be cold after sitting waiting over 30 minutes…, I’ll never go back. I should’ve followed my first mind and left when the girl couldn’t get it right. It was clean in there but the service and food sucked

Omg terrible service. Nobody ever greeted us we had to get our Own menu! Food came out cold. Had to get eggs remade more than twice. They kept forgetting our meats and our waffles. Waffle finally came undone had to get that remade I just really can’t believe our service was that bad. He did offer us a drink but never came to refill it even our water.

I came to this waffle house on August 14th 2025 at 5:30 am. Two guys were working . I went to the window, placed my order and waited in my car. 15 minutes went by, i came back to the window and they guys are talking relaxing on their phone! One of them comes to the window and tells me i have to wait a little longer for my bacon and sausage and the cook then got up to make it! This is ridiculous! I didn't even have a big order! I've been waiting on my food and they were in there relaxing as if they didn't have a job to do!

Attended the restaurant and was sitting at the counter for about 12mins with only one customer there. I was never welcomed or acknowledged. I considered it to be disrespectful; disgraceful sirvice. I'd never patronized that entity ever
