I came to this waffle house on August 14th 2025 at 5:30 am. Two guys were working . I went to the window, placed my order and waited in my car. 15 minutes went by, i came back to the window and they guys are talking relaxing on their phone! One of them comes to the window and tells me i have to wait a little longer for my bacon and sausage and the cook then got up to make it! This is ridiculous! I didn't even have a big order! I've been waiting on my food and they were in there relaxing as if they didn't have a job to do!

Attended the restaurant and was sitting at the counter for about 12mins with only one customer there. I was never welcomed or acknowledged. I considered it to be disrespectful; disgraceful sirvice. I'd never patronized that entity ever

I grew up here across the street on Horseshoe bend. Listen when I tell you. This place should be crowned as the “Worst WH”. Service is good, but the food is always burnt on one side and raw on the other. Darn near every time I’ve ever been here over the past 25 years and they’ve only ever remade it once without giving me grief about it.

7/2/2025 Placed an online order. Pull up when thr order was supposed to be ready and was told that they forgot to pull the correct order, but they could give me something else for $2 extra. Excuse me???

Great experience at this Waffle House! Our waiter was friendly and attentive, and the food came out quickly and was delicious. A solid spot for a tasty meal with excellent service. Highly recommend and will visit again the next time I travel to this part of Georgia!

I was seated right away but the waiter took for ever to take our order and it was plenty employees on shift then I have ever Seen. He finally came after Saying I be with yall in a Minute for the 3rd Time.

Everything was so good and fresh I went around 11pm so I definitely wasn't expecting anything to be that good but they definitely proved me wrong

The waitress was awesome she was very sweet worked 1st shift handle my food with care very respectful small white Caucasian young lady what i didn't like how her manger treated her it was a embarrassment nothing she done was rite for manager it's a way to treat everyone me and a frew more customers actually was more disappointed in her manger which was a black African woman I felt like she was nick picking with the young lady im a black African American myself but I stand on the rite side learn how to treat your employees in public as well everything you claim she did wrong she actually did rite

The customers are the best thing there now as far as the staff of the Waffle House the staff of Waffle House in The Waffle House way is horrible terrible and nasty and as an employee we're not treated as we should be and people like the health department and people like the labor department should definitely be involved to investigate a lot of things that's going on that Joe Jr doesn't know anything about including his investigation teams And according to the atmosphere of this restaurant in specific it is horrible with a lot of children employee that have no manners of no home training whatsoever in Waffle House will not do anything to change that 1671 is rat infested, check your bread folks.
