What a terrible experience. I came here for a refund after my daughter became sick and started throwing up after eating half her sandwich. I had the receipt and food. First off the dining room was locked even during open hours. Ok I went through the drive through. After I explained what happened to Jamari (who was very helpful) he told the manager on duty Zachariah. I immediately overheard Zachariah saying “she ate half the sandwich she’s not getting a refund!” NOT once did he come around talk to me to ask what happened all I heard was him yelling about the sandwich being half eating. He did not know my daughter was literally throwing up! This really upset me so I asked for him to come around as he refused and didn’t want to show his face until he eventually came and said “you’re going to have to take that up with corporate” well here’s my first step! He walked away and never came back to check only Jamari who had been very helpful and respectful even if he did not agree. But Zachariah should not be working lead if he cannot handle a simple refund that could’ve easily turned into a lawsuit. Jamari ended up issuing my refund and had I nice calm demeanor the entire time. But trust what happened was not cool from a mother watching her kid get sick and getting ridiculed over it. I would like a call from corporate asap Thankyou.

After an unsuccessful attempt to order through the app, I went to the drive-thru. The young man had trouble hearing me. I decided to go inside and use the kiosk to order, only to find I could not order the strawberry lemonade that I normally get with my order. The young lady at the counter said she could not help me, so I placed my order with her. She was like a robot. I actually saw my recipe fall to the floor she did not turn to pick it up. She did not get my name as most cashiers do. She made my lemonade and sat the other two empty cups on the counter. No verbal communication at all. She did not offer a carry out tray, but after I filled the other two cups, the carryout was on the counter. When my food was ready, she shoved the bag to me and kept walking. I live less than
2 miles away, and when I arrived to feed my grands, the food was cold. I literally had to microwave the chicken from the sandwiches and the fries. Smh

Fantastic as usual.
Never get my order right. Never ever.
I stopped that around 10:30 and order a chicken sandwich meal and once home something tasted funny about the sandwich and the next day proved it was something wrong. I got food poisoning from here never will return again

This is the BEST service I ever received at any Wendy’s location. Dre was super friendly! Everyone was working hard which say a lot about their management! I will definitely come back because I appreciate the high level of customer service!!!

Why these girls don’t know how to talk. I don’t know who the girls with pink in their hair(2 chics) 🤦🏾 lawrd can you train them again for the store money because as you can see I am not the first to leave a bad review. 9:38am on a Sunday 12/15/2024 plus they don’t listen and can’t pronounce words clear and they are American 😩🤦🏾
