Clean, well-stocked, fast, and friendly. I was so relieved to find a place that was easily accessible off of the highway that was so backed up with traffic. We were very tired and stressed after our 15 hours of driving, so our appetite wasn't great, so we just ordered salads. But, the chicken was hot, the salad was fresh, the atmosphere was great. Even the customers were friendly. We almost stopped here again on the way back, but we were so homesick, we just wanted to make the 12 hour trip home. If we're ever in the Atlanta area again, we'll definitely stop back in.

Welp. I guess based on the reviews, the crappy service I always get is the norm for this location. Basically they never give you what you order. Whether it’s via DoorDash, Postmates or we go pick it up, we never get our actual order. Last night was it tho. Went to the drive thru and they missed half our order, to the point that my bf couldn’t even have his drink. Ordered a sweet tea and they gave him rootbear. When we told the girl what we were missing, she was clearly annoyed we were asking for what we paid for 😂 she said it wasn’t on our order but plainly was listed on the mobile order. No straws, no sauce, order is wrong. I’m wondering how this location is even still running. Don’t worry tho; I’m going to place a complaint on the BBB because yall taking peoples money and give them whatever the workers feel like.

The staff today need a raise. It wasn’t the typical panola experience and I was greeted with a smile the whole time. I went thru the drive thru and ordered a kids meal at 1:10pm. The tea taste like y’all cleaned it , fries were hot and the nuggets were smacking. Thank you

I just wish customer service at this location was a thing. I ordered a bake potato and chili (with cheese and onions cause it's a thing) for my kid. Look at the picture below. Like why would you not dice the onions like every other Wendy's? Then it's a lot of sliced onions like come on 😑. I know you have a knife back there cause I used to work for Wendy's. And if your gonna give me sliced onions like this at least put a knife in the bag 🤦🏾♀️ I want to support yall cause your right up the street from my moms crib but dang yall make it so hard.

I walk in and I’m amazed at the new staff members! A young man named Garry ( maybe 18 or 19 years old) waited on me. He was very well spoken, courteous and got me in and out fast and with a smile! This store has improved in the last few weeks!!! Yes, I’ll be back again soon!
