I walk in and I’m amazed at the new staff members! A young man named Garry ( maybe 18 or 19 years old) waited on me. He was very well spoken, courteous and got me in and out fast and with a smile!
This store has improved in the last few weeks!!! Yes, I’ll be back again soon!

Went there around 11:50am on 05/21/2025 and was given the worst customer service ever to the point we didn’t even order our food because we didn’t want it to be tampered with. The young lady made several rude comments and then had the nerves to respond “well I said we didn’t have sauces” Maybe it’s time for Wendy’s to hold their employees accountable for poor service. I never send negative reviews but I had to on this one. I simply replied “I’m calling the district manager” and as I was pulling off she once again replied “umm what you say”? We only stopped at that one because we were stopping to charge the Tesla up at the Publix next door and we understand that young people work fast food jobs and wasn’t expecting 5 star service like Chick-fil-A but wasn’t expecting truly hood service like we were being punked for a YouTube prank. She was actually serious smh

The guy at the front tall slim light skin with a beard no name tag had a bad attitude to everyone over someone making a mistake with the credit card machine. Using tap instead of inserting it and this bad attitude continues on to every customer while I sat down to eat

We were welcomed early in the morning on the 14 of December 24, by a very nice lady who explained the meal options like she memorized it from coming their with her parents as a child, but seriously, she is friendly, super cool and knowledgeable. I give her alone 10STARS. For being the coolest Great experience being there. The place was clean inside and out ⁰

This location is near my home so it's convenient for a late night bite. Ivw attempt to eat here several times. Each time they take a very long time to even say anything to you when you pull up to order. Then you have to wait another 15 20 mins just to move to the window. Then when you get the food it's cold like it's been sitting there the whole time you've been waiting to pay. Half the time the food is incorrect or down right horribly put together. Fries are always cold and seems not to be fresh... Same for the nuggets. Burger meat be cold everytime! Like come on i get it's a high volume job non the less at least try to care about the food people are paying to receive. I believe management is to blame for not quality checking these things along with employees who can care less.

This place is awful. I know the drive thru times are ridiculous! I have been sitting in line waiting for 24 minutes , 6 minutes spent at the speaker before anyone said anything! I said hello multiple times, and nothing!!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE, and so expected in Lithonia! That’s pitiful.

No Wendy's in Chicago seems to know anything about the 1.00 any size drinks. Seriously, Can someone, anyone tell them about it!!! The minute made lemonade is part if it. The cold weather has frozen some brains.

This was my last night giving this location a chance. The wait times are horrible, and they always get the delivery orders wrong…
It’s even worse when it’s through DoorDash. You’d think they’d have a system in place to double check that they’re giving drivers the correct orders. The amount of times they’ve given my order to other people just to say they can’t remake is sad.. and absolutely terrible. Almost as if it’s being done on purpose. They really have to do better. I’ll be passing them to go to other locations from now on.

Okay so apparently they are changing the policy so you can't add to your order. I think that is stupid I use to work for a Wendy's way busier than this location the customer service sucks most of the times sometimes you get awesome employees. Trust they lost me as a patron at this location need to hire a better district manager as well she was very rude.
