the guy took my order waiting almost 20 minutes just to realize he never put it in! also priced are to expensive

They hardly give you any meat on the Philly. The food was decent but the one on Klondike is wayyy better.

It's a good spot to go to when you don't feel like cooking. In addition, the customer service is great. I normally order a burger combo, the blue cheese burger is good. Or the #6 their take on chik fila.

This is the worst location of them all. The workers have nasty attitudes, and they refused to fill the orders properly. The manager also provided false information regarding the menu. They place is also filthy. If you can choose another location, please do so. No one should waste money here.

Ordered food over phone, it’s dirty inside, my order wasn’t right, wait time was long as ever.. Customer service was ok, nothing was right for me this particular day or time.. Smell like a sewage problem and it wasn’t what o expected. Okra suppose to be full but not.. Wings.. Were too soft.

The prices going to win up the hamburger patties are real thin and small you can't see him inside the Bud they have gotten real cheap it's not worth the money no more I prefer American deli Burger it's a lot bigger for the same price it's a better Burger I've been going to wnb for years I am really disappointed at this point and I won't get a burger from there no

I was really surprised walking into this establishment because it smelled really clean. The weight was reasonable about 1015 minutes to get our food. The girl behind the window was nice . I had the 6 piece tender plate. And I had the tenders tossed in thai chili. It came with fries in a drink. The drink mix machine was cool. The chicken tenders tossed in the sauce were amazing. They still had that chicken tender crunch, but the sauce made it 10 times better. I would definitely get the tinders again. The fries, on the other hand, were very basic. They were kind of undercooked. Nothing spectacular about those if I went back. I would just get the tinders by themselves.

Jerry C is the worst manager. I placed an order on Jan 1,2024 my wings was friend to hard and fries cold. I called about replacement order they agreed to it. I go to restaurant on Jan 12,2024 to pick up my replacement order Jerry was the manager that assisted me. He asked for my receipt which I had but when I handed it to him he snatched it out my hand. His attitude is horrible and customer service unprofessional. I don’t allow disrespect and he’s very disrespectful for snatching the receipt because my food was horrible.To Jerry I don’t have a problem with apologizing which you never allowed me. When you snatched from me you immediately acted as if you didn’t snatched. When I first called and reported my order incorrect I told the lady I want be able to come till around the 12th she told me to keep my receipt which I did. Also, they asked me my name when I called over the phone. As for witness it can go both was and I have recording as well. All I am asking for is a remake of my food that I paid for on Jan 1,2024. Like I said before I don’t have a problem apologizing but please don’t make as if I didn’t come in professional and nice in regards to my remake. Now, if you would like I would like a remake of my food and I will apologize.

Good food , got what I wanted and it was delicious

The food was exceedingly far better than I expected. The atmosphere was, however, underwhelming. With that being said, the taste and portion were sufficient for subsequent visits.
