I CANNOT BRAG ABOUT THEIR FOOD ENOUGH!!
I drive a truck for a living and the only reason I get excited when I come through Atlanta (which is often) is because I ALWAYS get food from Wow burger and seafood. I tell everyone about this place!
I have never gotten food here that is less than Amazing. Their portions are superb. The food is always fresh and they prepare it very very fast!
My favorites are the shrimp fried rice, the veggie burger (phenomenal!!, You have to try it to understand) and their garden salad soooooo good)
My husband has had the Philly cheese steak and LOVED IT!
My trainees have also said great things about everything they get. I don’t think I have ever called an owner to tell them how good their food is but I sure did with this place. Mr. Kim I personally thank you again for giving me a reason to get excited about driving through Atlanta.
I only wish You would expand and open up more of these in different states!

Mike Is Bad At Stuff

A woman was mad about her order so she asked for a refund, cashier was calm, and prompt in delivering refund.
The woman started hollering and I managed to taunt her out of the restaurant.
I figured it would be worthwhile to back up the cashier in this context in case that woman tries to complain.

I rather large big girl that was working the counter gave us our plates and didn’t even place them in a bag which I thought was rude. She gave us the bag and the plates separately and looked at us and say y’all can put them in a bag yourself.

Do yourself a favor. Get a 10 piece. 5 wet lemon pepper. 5 Korean spicy garlic. Thank me later. Chef in the back was running the kitchen and register like a unit. And food STILL came out fast.

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a recent experience at your Wow Wings location. I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention, as my experience not only affected my visit but also seemed to resonate with other customers present during that time.

On Thursday, October 31st at 6:30 p.m., I had the opportunity to visit your restaurant, specifically to enjoy the advertised 20-piece wing combo. However, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience:

Lack of Product Knowledge: The cashier, Kim, appeared to be uninformed about the menu items and pricing. This lack of information led to confusion, especially regarding the pricing of the 20-piece wing combo. As a customer, I expect staff to be knowledgeable about the products being sold.

False Advertising: There seemed to be a disconnect between the advertised pricing and what was communicated by the staff. I believe this is an important aspect for customers and can lead to disappointment if not addressed properly.

Managerial Response: When I sought assistance from the manager regarding these pricing discrepancies, I was met with reluctance to correct the issue. I found this to be disappointing, as customer service should prioritize resolving misunderstandings and ensuring customer satisfaction.

General Service Delays: Additionally, during my visit, I noticed that many customers were waiting an extended period for their orders. This caused a noticeable atmosphere of frustration within the restaurant, as customers discussed their dissatisfaction with the service both in-house and over the phone.

I appreciate the efforts your team makes to serve customers and understand that challenges can arise. However, I believe that addressing these service shortcomings is crucial for maintaining the high standards that Wow Wings strives for. I hope that my feedback can be used constructively to improve the overall customer experience.

As a loyal customer, I would appreciate any follow-up regarding how these issues can be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.

Best. Burger. EVER.
Let me tell you something, it’s hard to mess up a burger and I’m pretty particular with the meat to bread ratio. I removed that thick onion slice, not a fan, and from first bite I was satisfied! I usually only get wings from this spot I’m so glad I switched it up.
