Most of the cashiers don't have great customer service. Fries are not really good but everything else is pretty tasty. Cooks just need to step it up & better cashiers.

Stopped at this restaurant about an hour ago. I ordered French Fries and asked where the rest room was. The young lady that rang me up said it was out of order. I asked for my 3 year old grandson. I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes I left and my daughter in Luv went to find a rest room and most of the businesses were doing online orders or were closed. She ended up taking him to the back and let him relieve himself there. When I went to pick up my order I asked how were they using the bathroom since it would be unsanitary and I was informed that they have an employee bathroom and I would have had to ask the manager to use it. I’m done trying to patronize establishments. Maybe I’m not getting it but she knew my 3 year old grandson had to use it and could have went and asked. Nope no nope never againKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all

It was okay . The hot sauce taste straight like vinegar but other than that the food was good . I know next time to try different sauces for my wings.

I don’t know why it’s taking 15+ minutes to fry one small okra. I’m tryna be patient but this don’t make any sense. Okra takes about 5 minutes to cook ?
Waited 30 minutes for food still left with no food had to get a refund. They kept saying a few more minutes each time I asked how long. The cashier was on her personal phone the whole time. My friend ordered a burger and got it quick. I ordered fried fish and had to wait. It's obvious that the burgers are precooked since they are coming out quicker than fried food.I always try to support my community businesses but this is not it. I'm very disappointed. You'll need to do better.

I was there I seen the Asian man put food into a customers tray without any gloves on, after he just got done touching the register…very unsanitary

This is by far the best shrimp fried rice ANYWHERE! No other fast food or chain is messing with their fried rice. Also, their wings are proportionate sized. This is the best restaurant selling wings, subs, and salads. I love them!!!!

Mm, mixed feelings about this spot. Ordered their fries and they were quite good, but i was definitely turned off by the cashier who was in the middle of eating behind the cash register when i walked in. Cool young dude with a good attitude, but he definitely was GOING IN on his wings - like chicken wing in his hand, and talking with his mouth full. Totally unprofessional as he was the only visible member of the staff, and it wasn't an off hour - 6pm. He didn't even bother to wash his hands during the order-taking process - not a good look for the business. He apologized and remarked that he hadn't eaten all day, and while i sympathize, he could have and should have handled that during his break time. In addition, i'm weaning myself off of takeout places that serve the food in styrofoam. It's 2022 - businesses need to not to be serving their food (no matter how delicious) in serving ware that's brimming with chemicals. For the foregoing reasons, i will not to return to this establishment.
