Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I just went through the drive-thru less than 10 minutes ago. I ordered a Cobb zalad grilled. They told me that they didn’t have cucumbers so I requested extra tomatoes. They didn’t have blue cheese dressing, I chose another dressing. I get home to eat my zalad… and there was no bacon????

The Gm here is just old and miserable , I hope the store owner finds out about she treats the staff and customers , just rude and disorderly , I can’t eat here anymore .

Just came to pick up almost $80 worth of food from online ordering (which I had to go inside for because drive-thru is NOT moving) just to have dressings & sauces missing & multiple order notations overlooked!! Drinks were supposed to have no ice & one was supposed to be large. After making avocado & chipotle ranch my selections, I'm told that it only comes on the tacos when I've ALWAYS gotten sauce cups on the side!! Then after having already PAID for extra dressings for 2 salads, the little girl at the counter says they're out of ranch while I'm watching the kitchen steadily pass out ranch with other orders!! I was a trainer with SJAC for two years & it's sad that this is now the standard!! I literally bypassed other locations to order here!! Won't happen again!!

Today I got my food I ordered double coleslaw your store just took a scoop of coleslaw and dumped it in a with the rest of my food . What happened to putting the coleslaw into a sealed container . The worst adjustments need to be made

My whole order was wrong, burnt fries that were cold. I specifically told the drive thru No Bread. My daughter can't eat bread. No Zax sauce gave it to me anyway. Sweet tea, I was served un sweet tea. Never ordered here before and will never be back.

if I could give this place a negative five stars I would, went to there this afternoon and heard two workers arguing in the back about fighting amongst each other! the whole place is unorderly and poorly managed. I’ve given this zaxbys a chance because before 2024 I loved the atmosphere and overall the aesthetic. I don’t know if management changed or anything but this place is horrid!! I remember ordering a big Zack snack and my tenders were heavily undercooked and when I asked for a refund the worker or manager said it wasn’t undercooked and tried to passive aggressively argue with me. DO NOT GO THERE !!!

My wings were fresh, fries seasoned to perfection, my blue cheese for the kicking chicken was in the bag, my extra blue cheese dressings were in the bag, and the coleslaw was sooooo fresh! Thank you for an awesome meal!. I will be ordering again from this location. I greatly appreciate my delicious meal! Great job front and back of the house ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🫵🏾 rock

HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! I ordered online Saturday evening, 1 hour before closing. I get to the store to realize that I can’t get my food until 10:45 Sunday morning. What should have been a simple fix (give me food tonight and don’t fill the order in the morning) ended up being me walking out upset and the manager ABSOLUTELY refusing to render any kind of customer service. And we wonder why I go to Chick-Fil-A!!!!!! I’m trying to give Zaxby’s a second chance since they brought the Blu salads back, this doesn’t make it easier.

Very slow lately. Like why is it taking several minutes in the drive thru. Either the workers are working very slow.. or there’s no staff.. either way this is ridiculous and the portion size is small.
