The worst. Asked for a sweet and sour tossed finger and a separate buffalo tossed finger and they got the whole order wrong. How hard is it to click buttons??? They gave me buffalo and something garlic on one and plain fingers on other. AFTER they repeated the correct order at window. Like DUH. It must be hard having two brain cells rub together to form a simple thought. Girls at window are definitely illiterate and cant follow simple directions. No wonder they work here. Its awful. Never again. Worst Zaxbys Ive been to so far.

I went to Zabxys on 11/27 at 11:07 am. I did drive thru. The staff today were so friendly and welcoming. The miss who took my order was patient and sweet. The miss at the window was so friendly and had a bright smile! As always the food slaps. Thank you to the peeps making the food! This is the best zaxbys. Food and service always on point. Thank you!

My experience was terrible. I had the wings and things traditional. The chicken was not cook right I asked For barbecue sauce.And it was very little sauce. I was told that I could come bad and get just the wings. That was fine when I get back the next day. They turn me down because I did not have a reseat and because I couldn't remember if it was a woman I spoke to or a man. The point was it was supposed to be in their book and they could not find ithey made me feel like wanted to get something free. The whole staff gather around talking and whoever the lady was.She said I'm sorry I cannot replace. Because I didn't have the receipt. The only thing she had to do is reach out to who was on duty the night before.I travel A distant and could not get back because it was very late, so I'm unprofessional.

I normally order on the app, which is easy and convenient for me. I would then pick it up at the restaurant. The wait time is not usually long at all. I would do my order in the parking lot, then waited about 10 minutes before going inside. I would go to the counter, let the server know I'm picking up an online order, and give the server my name.At this restaurant, the server was courteous. The food was good. The restroom was not so clean, and the floor was very slippery like there was an oil spill. Another guest and I were laughing as we were slipping and sliding in the restroom to get around. I had a good laugh at that situation.
