Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I stopped by Zaxby's today after a long road trip and purchased the Zensation Zalad. Since I was exhausted, I put it in the refrigerator and took a nap. When I got up, I took the chicken off the salad to warm it up and was completely shocked at the small amount on the huge bed of lettuce in the huge container, it looked like one small cut up chicken tender. If I had not been undressed, I would have taken it back. After spending almost $14 on the salad, I feel totally ripped off. The egg roll that came with it tasted like it was cooked with old oil. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I have purchased the same salad before and did not have this experience, so I guess the quality really has gone downhill.

Update: this place needs to be closed and reopened under new management. I tried again and i went inside, the staff didn't acknowledge me for five minutes. The young staff was on her phone and the other crew member engaged her and still no service also ther was a very strong Weed smell from one or both of them. Staff in the back saw me and still no acknowledgement. The only reason i bought anything was to use the tongue torch sauce on the fingers from Canes.
We had to wait close to 30min to get a salad. Not a popular place in the area.

So I placed a mobile order, opting to pick it up thru Drive Thru. However, when I get there, the rep mumbles that I need to come in to pick it up. Why?! If I selected this option thru the mobile order, then that's fine, but if I didn't select it, why make me come inside to get it if I chose the Drive Thru option. Furthermore, the order was wrong with the omission of an additional milkshake. This location used to be top notched. I only visit for convenience since I live in the area, but if there was a closer alternative, I would definitely visit it instead.

I hate that they always ask you to pull up or pull into a parking spot even when there is no cars behind you. So that they can pretend that they are making their time quotas. Then when people bring the food , they always forget something. Then you have to go inside anyways.

Terrible experience! i came and some girl left when she was taking my order, i got my food and my tenders were missing.

I usually dont complain but this was ridiculous, I just left Zaxbys and I sat and ate in the parking lot .. it is 12:30pm, my chicken was hard, cold and had been sitting . Give people fresh chicken if it has been sitting out .!

This is the second time that I went to this Zaxby's and my food order was low quality. On 3/13/2025 I went to the drive-Thru and ordred a Zensation Zalad and a side of Teriyaki sauce and a fried chicken philly with two extra egg rolls. After receiving my order, when I home and to my discovery no Teriyaki sauce was in the and over all the chicken philly literall burnt with burnt cheese and chicken as if it was blackened. This location either needs to replace their staff or needs new management that will hold everyone of their workers accountable.

As I’m writing this right now, I’m still in the drive through.. I been here for 27 minutes even though there are only 2 cars in front of me. Is this some kind of joke??

Not sure how a chicken only establish is not selling wings. I arrived just before 930pm to be told that they were done selling wings for the night not out of wings but just not selling them and of course that took me by surprise so I proceeded to order chicken tenders were I was advised I could not select more than one flavor which I would think an exception would be made being as though the limited the menu, so I would absolutely not recommend this location

the food was not made fresh, chicken filet was burnt. Also was served a scoop of fries! Totally unsatisfied with the service.

The service is hit or miss depending on the workers. The salads are shorted on the meat. Toast is limp and cold with the salads. Temperature of the food was inconsistent. For examples, the fries are cold coming out the drive-thru window, and maybe the chicken tender, too. The serving sizes of the foods areca disappointment, too. This store is the star pbucks of fast food: overhyped and overpriced. The ingredients of the salad dressings are not safe. Please research them. No lie.
