I wish I could give -0 stars! This is the worst Zaxby’s location when it comes to customer service it’s the closest to my house is the only reason why I even still consider it but today was the last straw the young ladies on the drive thru are extremely disrespectful I never received my online order yesterday last week I received burnt egg rolls with out sauce that I asked for and paid extra for another one and today my experience through the drive thru was just horrible this location needs a whole new staff I really feel robbed every time I spend money here

Just came over here the other day. My husband asked me to come over to get him some stuff. Customer service was on point. Keep the good work employees I have to give you a raiseVegetarian options: Well, I'm thinking the salad cld slaw. Not too many vegetarian option. And now they have vegetable Spring rolls. When I mean they are so so good you must try them.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, and it's easy to go in. They have a little rap as well
Too many employees (8 ppl on clock) to not get food out in timely manner. Two people in lobby waiting & complaining about long wait. I received my online headed out the door but bag was light. Online order was missing part of order. Told the guy, who was running front & drive-thru, missing food. He went to back; they’re out of ingredients. I told him fine still make it. 3 minutes later, manager comes to let me know we’re out ingredient. Yep, still make it. She goes to back. 10 minutes later still waiting on food with on 1 customer in store who had just ordered. Cook in back play fighting with another employee. I ask about my food. I ask for refund & now, Zaxby’s don’t do refunds. The manager comes from the backroom to make food in 30secs. Now, part of food is cold. Don’t waste your time @ Zaxby’s on S. Deshon

The food is as usual. However, if the service is passive aggressive. They don't open on time, run out of chicken, and even charge you for things while not giving it to you. I know it's fast food, and trust me, I just want to go in and out. However, it always comes with an altercation. ?

The service at this place is very very slow the staff that they have working seems not to care about the customer. The waiting area is not clean. When you call in and try to place an order they will not answer the phone. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The chicken was fully cooked, the salad was missing the lettuces I could put what was in the container in a cup...want be going back again.
I ordered through the online app the chicken nibblerz meal. I added lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon to it. It was right before closing 30 minutes ago. I was the only customer there inside and outside the store getting food. Got home and had my chicken sandwiches with NO FCKN CHICKEN IN IT!!! I'll never go to any Zaxby's for food every again and I'd suggest you do the same. I CAN SAY I'VE NEVER GONE TO CHIC-FIL-A TO GET A CHICKEN SANDWICH AND NO CHICKEN BE IN THE SANDWICH.

I wish I had the opportunity to rate this Zaxby's location with a -10, why? How can it be possible that I stop here to buy something to eat, order and when I try to pay with cash they tell me that they don't have money to give me the change, so I can't buy anything. I really like Zaxby's and it is for that reason that I try to stop at one of their locations to buy something to eat, but believe me, I will not return to this place,

How can u serve people this old lettuce. Check out the plate in the right side. ?. I was on lunch break so I had to pick through all the nasty lettuce or starve till I get off. ? I will never spend another dime this store. Save your money. They will serve you old food and take your money.
