I ordered food and received a box of cold fries. No meat. When I called the restaurant the manager put me on hold and never returned to the phone. Filling out a survey and complaint is also a huge waste of time.
No more Zaxby’s for me!!
Very rude slightly arrogant bathrooms were clean order preparation was slow.
And definitely incoherent when it comes to trying to help customers cleanliness is an 88 passing definitely could be better it needs more structure
ZAXBYS ON PANOLA RD NEAR COVINGTON HWY IS THE WORST. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY.
Food is always good but they have gotten a little light on the fries. No complaints. Clean location and courteous staff.

This specific location stay getting shit wrong when it come to wings & things multiple times have I been given boneless wings instead of traditional I had someone get food for me they showed the employee taking my order my text I sent for what I wanted and I clearly said traditional and I get boneless? That shit sucks! Tastes trash completely different from the wings even with the same sauce I’ve ordered on ubereats here before multiple times and many times it’s been boneless instead of traditional wings like cmon get it right bruh

Just left this location. Decided to go back because food was really good 2 days ago (service was still slow). I arrived at 1105am and was told they only have chicken fingers available. Anything else would be 20-30 min wait. This is just stupid atp. You've been open 35 mins so far and still can only serve chicken fingers???
