Swiped my card and had me waiting at the window 30mins for my simple order. THE WORST

I was so disappointed with the service. There is a young lady on the togo window, who huffs and puffs instead instead of saying, is there anything I can help you with. Subsequently, I ended up being 20 minutes away from home, and had only been to a Zaxby's a few times in my entirety. I ordered the New Lemon Pepper Wings. On the commercial, it shows that they come with Fries, and the Bread. I ordered the Zensation grilled chicken salad, and 3 orders Egg Rolls. Paid $40.00 for that!! I got home, and had 5 Lemon Pepper Wings, no Fries, and no Bread. I was so disappointed. Instead of the young lady breathing with discontent, she should have said, do you want the wings only, because it does come as a meal as well. Just not happy at all. The food tasted fine, just wasn't what I came for. Not good customer service at all!! Won't be back.

If it's too late in the night to replace the sweet tea, I'd respect THAT answer more than gaslighting/lying, saying the unsweetened tea is sweet to move me along.
I believe during dayshift hours, this Zaxby's might be great but I won't be going back to find out.

Love the tenders combo. Never lets me down and my wife loves the boneless wings and things combo.
I decided to stop here today and get some food and it was very busy but the the cashier Percella D. was doing an amazing job. She made sure to always keep the people inside updated and just keeping acknowledgment of everyone’s order. No attitude or nothing. I was actually shocked lol. Good job 💪🏾

I ordered food and received a box of cold fries. No meat. When I called the restaurant the manager put me on hold and never returned to the phone. Filling out a survey and complaint is also a huge waste of time.
No more Zaxby’s for me!!
Very rude slightly arrogant bathrooms were clean order preparation was slow.
And definitely incoherent when it comes to trying to help customers cleanliness is an 88 passing definitely could be better it needs more structure
