Stop supporting these foreigners who don't even like us most of the time. They don't even make the food you call in until you get there. Its not my problem people don't come get their food. Maybe yall shouldn't be so rude and your custom will come back. And then you think I'm about to pay extra on doordash so my food can be ready when I get there? No I'm not. American Deli owners are trash. I'll stick to touchdown wings in McDonough.

Never in my 26 years of living have I had food poisoning until I ate here. Worst night of my life. I order the exact same thing regardless of which American deli location I go to and this was my first experience with this location. TERRIBLE.

Basically the food was edible. I'm from AL where the American Deli gives you options for your fries as well as the chicken. I wanted Cajun ranch fries & the worker asked "we sell those?"... ?? I guess not. Then asked if they had Kickin' Bourbon flavored wings and again they give me strange looks ??‍♀️... ATP I don't even wanna eat here but my daughter insisted, so I jus ordered boneless Mild Lemon Pepper Wet. They were ok but probably wouldn't order them again.

Chicken fried rice … the past two visits… they use sliced Turkey not a cut up chicken breast. ? … FEMALE owner is a rude B****!!!! Chicken wing drumettes were the size of my thumb…. No meat on them..Small as hell!!! BUT the same price!! Waste of money. Do not support this small business… they do not appreciate us customers! She would not make it right ! Terrible customer service by selling such terrible product

I ordered from you guys on doordash, I'm a truck driver doing a delivery in jackson and am so grateful i stumbled across this place. The food was piping hot fresh and some of the best food I've had in a while. I don't often get the chance to have such great food, and this made my day. Keep up the great work, next time I'm making a delivery here I'm definitely ordering from this place again

Terrible Customer Service. Food was cold. Employees at register move with no with no urgency. One ☝️ female was super rude and nobody knew how to handle the orders correctly. Timing is slow and the service hasn’t changed after multiple attempts for them to try to get it right. The lady with short black hair thinks the same strict rules in Korea and other parts of Asia apply to the ?? USA. Mean, bullying with the customer’s orders and is mean as a snake! ? Scary to order any food in or deliveries. Worst service ever!! I would not recommend for fear of getting sick!!?

On 3/13/24, I arrived approx 5 min before 9pm. Walked in and 3 people were standing at the register. One was counting money. Neither one of the employees acknowledged I was standing there nor did they tell me they were closing. They just stood there and laughed.I was not aware of closing until I walked out and saw the sign.At least they could have said something, or just lock the door.Yes, sucking Customer Service is still in the lead these days...smh

BEWARE!!! This is the worst store EVER!!! The workers are very rude and disrespectful and you’d better check your order to make sure it is correct!!! Very poor customer service, this is the only A-Deli that I’ve experienced a mini salad passed off as a large with very few items in it but lettuce and tomatoes!!!! Horrible place!!! I will NEVER order from this one ever again!!!
