We were greeted very kindly and prompt as we approached the front counter to order by a General Manager Trainee that would be transferred to the Athens, GA location and of course I commented her and wished her much success 🙌🏾 ✅️
Our food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and I could see a lot of detail cleaning was being done as well... I love it when people who work in a facility actually take initiative and maintain it.

Dear store manager, I find it to be very unsanitary that your employees that are handling food are NOT using gloves when preparing and order and the employees that are frying the chicken/fries are using the same gloves to come and prepare foods for customers. You have employees that will have their phones in their hands, touch their hair, or mess with their clothes and without washing their hands, pick up a box, and start preparing an order. I've witnessed this several times upon visiting this store, and this is NOT ok. After my last visit 3 days ago, I will not be back.

Anyways, I went with my family, 5 of us total, and we was alll over the place with our ordering. lol, and she was patient, and relatable, and super fast! We sat down in what was a QUIET, and very clean lobby/sit down area, and they brought us our 3 trays of food, which was very unexpected! BO’BERRY BISCUITS RUN THE WORLD AND RHEH WERE AMAZING CROM HERE!

BEST BOJANGLES EVER!! LOVE THIS PLACE!! I go to this Bojangles at least once a week but often more. Every time I come I get fast friendly service and the food is OUTSTANDING!! Everything is ALWAYS fresh and hot. I always get a smiling face and EXCELLENT manners from the employees. I also appreciate that they ALWAYS get my order correct. FANTASTIC JOB EVERYONE!!
NO SERVICE is equivalent to BAD SERVICE. I stood at the counter for 10 min without being acknowledged. I asked the two employees that were sitting in the lobby if they could assist me and they said, he will help you. It was the drive thru employee Mike. Mike didn’t assist so I stood there three more minutes than I left. The restaurant was completely empty but no one bothered to even acknowledge my presence. I left because I can spend my hard earned money somewhere else. KFC held the door open for me, greeted me, and told me that they were cooking me some fresh chicken. I am now a fan of KFC and thank you for the hospitality!! Bo Jangles do better!! Your staff failed me and loss me as a customer!!

If you have an attitude before coming to work stay yourself at home noone wants to deal with you! To the level of ignorance experienced in your drive-thru, people dont want bs thrown in a bag, if you feel like that is acceptable youre part of the problem.

Order 2 biscuit gray add steak and rounds they give you cup with your gravy and food in it that's not professional at all not enough gravy steak hard as a rock ,I will never eat there again they need to monitor how long they keep food terrible this is the second time I went to location ,waste of your money
