Unfortunately, this was not a great experience. The facility did not appear clean, and I was unnecessarily informed that a staff member was in the bathroom. That announcement felt inappropriate and only made me more aware of an unpleasant odor in the space afterward. As for the food, although it’s advertised as made to order, the fries were stale. The celery was placed directly into a styrofoam container, covered with paper, and then hot food was placed on top of it, which raised concerns about proper food handling. Overall, the experience gave the impression that the establishment is not yet prepared to meet basic food service and sanitation standards.

The girl at the counter was on her phone and not interested in greeting me. So, I interrupt her death scrolling with a question and she just mumbled incoherently. I order my food and wait... Finally my orders done and she doesn't acknowledge my order is done. I wait some more and ask if the order is mine. She mumbles something again and stares at her phone some more. I'm not complaining, just giving my experience. Food was ok , but there are 100 other places I'd rather go. Maybe hire better staff.

The food is good. My daughter loves the hamburger.
The meal I just had was an absolute disappointment. The chicken on the gyro was bland, it was served on top of the salad which made the salad warm and soggy. The tzatziki was also bland and curdled, I ordered extra on the side and could not eat it. The fries were undercooked and bland. My husband’s Philly cheesesteak was also bland and had almost no cheese. The cook/manager was too distracted ranting about an issue with the previous customer to make us a good meal. He was making all the customers uncomfortable with the way he spoke to the new employee at the front! We will not be eating there again.

This is a no star restaurant l explain below. This restaurant or whatever you want to called it has a very strange,unfriendly and uncooperative manager and cashier. My 18 year old daughter who is very little you would think is 12 years old went there to pick up her dinner and while eating it there , the manager approached her and made her feel real uncomfortable with his questions and the look on his face when looking at her and her food which made her feel really uncomfortable then later she realized her chicken tasted really funny like it was tampered with and she requested a new order or her money back after just taking a bite out of one chicken drumstick then realizing that it tasted funny. So the manager refused to give a new order nor refund then told her "if she wants quality she needs to eat at a real restaurant ". So my advice is there are better restaurants out there don't waste your money at Buffalo Grill in Locust Grove GA by the publix plaza doesn't deserve your hard end money.
