After not listening to my husband dissatisfaction and disappointment at its finest! This place was GREAT when it first opened, now it’s a bunch of kids running back and forth to dunkin hanging out with friends all around the establishment. This is the third time I’ve waited over 35 mins for a meal. This time I even ordered ahead online and still waited 25 mins after arriving while 8 cars passing me with their food. Time before we waited 45 mins inside to eat teens hanging with friends going back and forth between establishments in the building like it’s a game. People actually want jobs these days not these kids. I feel SO bad for the young lady in there she’s always trying to do everything and I’m sure she’s the one who gets all the backlash from the customers because of her slacking co workers. If this is a cooperation just needing “breathing bodies” you got it. Let them waste cooperate money and this business will be gone in no time with the lack of effort of this place. Keep driving better off going the extra few feet to McDonalds. Cheaper, actual FAST food, and their employees give a darn, (and they are kids too! But they actually care about keeping a job) save your time and money. It’s not worth the wait. Time to bring chicken run back in its place!

Ordered first time from the App it took 45 min to get my order. decided to give it another try since the staff change. This time I placed my order went to drive through, gave my name they gave me my receipt and pulled me forward. Waited 10 min and they come out and tell me they are out of fish so I ask how do I get my money back they tell to go through the app. We'll there is only the stupid robot chat that tells you what your options for problems are and not one says refund. I sent a message via contact is but have still yet to hear anything back. They said 24 to 48 hours it's been 96...and on top of that I used a credit they gave me last time they screwed up to.pay for part of my meal. I have a ton of crowns I can't use because they can't get it right

I’m supposed not to give a score on this place I will not going back I drove from work in griffin on the way home to locust grove and go to drive tru to Burger King I did my order for my family then I order for myself chicken wrap it’s just $2.99 so it doesn’t matter but the thing is I have waited for almost 20 mins because they told me so. I’m waiting then suddenly got my order in the bag but my mistake I did not check. But the thing is the service , you trusted them that you will get your order right. Your service is very poor..

I normally avoid this Burger King. I’m not sure if they are short staffed or not but this location is extremely slow. I’ve seen staff outside talking while we are waiting in drive-thru. I just pull out and go elsewhere.
Miesha and Yakira are the best. I love their customer service from last night. I’ll definitely come back
