The food was so dirty greasy tasting. We got a family package of fish and chicken. We ate 1 piece of chicken and 2 1/2 pieces of fish and through the rest away. This was a road trip stop that will never happen again.

Place looks nice but receiving food took a bit long. Got home to find that I didn't have the extra shrimp that I paid for. The Okra was fried HARD. For what it's worth, the cashier did smile.

Thet can't get no worse than this Captain D's. This place shouldn't be allowed to serve the food we received tonight! The fries, shrimp, and hush puppies were cold. The fried okra was cooked to look like the day before! The only reason the fish was hot is we ordered it cooked country style or i guarantee it would have been cold too! Will never spend another penny at this restraunt! Couldn't even get a descent drink out of the fountain machine either.
Always get great service here..and the staff has always been nice and the managers are usually always working..

I won't order my food online again. Because I guess the staff members can't read to get the order correct nor did you contact me to see if I would like a different side you gave me fries when I requested a baked potato, spicy battered fish that's too crispy it's about burnt .the Fries you gave me was COLD and OLD TASTING. Thx for wasting my hard earned money on food I could've went and gotten anywhere but I chose this location because it haven't let me down in the past . Maybe it's the new staff members now. Idk but me and my bf both come too often for our meals, and for mine to look and taste nasty this time around idk granted I order 18mins prior to closing but that doesn't mean you lack on the service you give and provide for others . The young guy with FLAT braids just basically rushed over to open the windows gave me my meal and shut up as soon as the plate was in my hands. Like DANG I know yall ready to go.
10mins - update Yeah so my food didn't even taste spicy it was very bland and even my bf said the only thing that was good on my plate and crispy was the hush puppies, otoh! He finished off my meal cuz I COULDN'T finish it .

Their prices have doubled. Woman basically threw my food out the window in a hurry to start back texting on her phone.
