I won't order my food online again. Because I guess the staff members can't read to get the order correct nor did you contact me to see if I would like a different side you gave me fries when I requested a baked potato, spicy battered fish that's too crispy it's about burnt .the Fries you gave me was COLD and OLD TASTING. Thx for wasting my hard earned money on food I could've went and gotten anywhere but I chose this location because it haven't let me down in the past . Maybe it's the new staff members now. Idk but me and my bf both come too often for our meals, and for mine to look and taste nasty this time around idk granted I order 18mins prior to closing but that doesn't mean you lack on the service you give and provide for others . The young guy with FLAT braids just basically rushed over to open the windows gave me my meal and shut up as soon as the plate was in my hands. Like DANG I know yall ready to go.
10mins - update Yeah so my food didn't even taste spicy it was very bland and even my bf said the only thing that was good on my plate and crispy was the hush puppies, otoh! He finished off my meal cuz I COULDN'T finish it .

The food was hot, fresh only problem was the drinks were either flat or all syrup. Great place, were were heading back from Alabama to Orlando, Florida and stopped for dinner. Highly recommend.

I ordered the fish and shrimp with Cole slaw and hush puppies and fries. My sister ordered the 2pc fish meal with the corn on the cob, and we both had sweet tea. My shrimp was mediocre blah. Like it had been sitting a while. My fish wasn't any better. The fish batter tasted like there was some kind of powder on it. Yuk! Cole slaw was tasty, and so were the hush puppies. The fries were ok but could've been fresher, too. Sweet tea was the best! I haven't been to Captain D's since about 5-6 years ago. Maybe this was why. I'm not planning on going back to another any time soon. I hope someone else has a better experience with their food than my sister and I had.

I ordered a meal got home and it was over cooked and disgusting. I spoke with the manager Michael he told me I could come back and order anything on the menu so I did that only to be told they couldn't do that. So I wound up having to pay for it and was told I could come back to get the replacement meal that I got originally but was told because it was so disgusting that I could have anything I chose. So I will not be going back there ever again by the way the meal I got today was also over cooked. They obviously need some good cooks in there and management that can keep their customers happy. No longer a customer

Worst captain ds ever. Wait is ridiculous with no business, cold fries the fish is like eating greasy corn dogs . The lobby has no tea or sauces no clean tables and there is barely any guests. Employees just standing around
