⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about the Locust Grove Chick-fil-A! I just walked in needing 200 nuggets last minute and expected to wait at least 30 minutes—they had it ready in 10! Noah was incredibly helpful in making sure I got the right quantities and even carried everything (200 nuggets + 25 bags of chips!) to my car with a big smile and a “happy to serve you” attitude. Sarah Beth is also always amazing—every time we come in, she makes us feel welcome and taken care of. My family eats here a few times a week, and every single visit is consistently friendly, efficient, and top-notch. This team truly knows how to do it right!
I’ve been to plenty of different CFA but this was probably the worst CFA I’ve ever had. First off, the food was nasty. I order their new dragon fruit LEMONADE and somehow got a dragonfruit sweet tea instead😂. Didn’t receive my child’s chocolate milk for his kids meal. I called to ask if I could at least get compensated for the missing items because I live in another state and was to far away to return the items and was told I would get rewards that I could redeem on the app, I gave her all the information she needed and was told I would be able to access the items in 24 hours or so. No rewards were given to me on the app. Definitely will not return to this CFA.

chick fil a has always been my #1 go to fast food and this is the first time I order from this location and probably will be my last. there is a hair in my peach milkshake drink and im just disgusted. I dont even know where that hair came from but yeah.. thanks for the extra flavor 🥴

I made the mistake of pulling into the mobile pick up line....who knew two separate lines one for mobile and other for drive thru. Unfortunately, we were not able to eat there. I was told I had to go all the way through and reenter and that my order couldn't be taken. So after waiting ten min to get out, we decided to eat elsewhere. I can't believe this was Chick fil a service!
