I’ve been eating at Chick-N-Run on Jodeco Rd since I was a kid, and it’s still my favorite spot for chicken. Their wings and tenders are hands down the best around—crispy, flavorful, and always fresh. The food is consistently great, and it’s one of those places that just feels like home. If you’re in McDonough and craving good chicken, this is the place to go!

I specifically asked this place to not fry my wings hard and they basically burnt them and then when I asked for them to be remade, they gave me the same wings just covered up with more wing sauce then when I asked for a refund the young girl at the counter said that she refunded my order, but she couldn’t print up a receipt so I asked her to show me something showing that she refunded my order and she flipped the screen over and never hit refund Then pretended like she didn’t notice that she never hit a refund. I will never go back to this place again, If I can give it zero stars, then I would!!!

Last time I got burgers from there, you got a burger. Told my kids that they were going to get real cheese burgers. Got home and realized that a Krystal burger had more meat. Never again will I go there. Disappointed! Very!!!!

After this morning I don’t think I will ever be back. I called to place an order 10 minutes before I got there and was put on hold by the time I got there I was still on hold so I asked the lady can I place my order in drive thru since I’m still on hold after 10 mins. She told me no, so I was just going to wait until they took me off hold so I can place my order, I can hear the whole conversation in the background she picks up the phone that I’m on hold and hangs up the phone.
