Food was terrible.from the hamburger, chicken tenders and fries.
Don't stop here to get food.
Our food was okay, service left a a lot to be desired. Ordered a shrimp basket and asked for tartar sauce as the lady was handing our food out the window. She grabbed my food back and re-opened it to take the cocktail sauce out and add the tartar sauce. We asked for napkins. We got 2. 😑 No ketchup for 2 orders of fries.
Food was delicious and very fresh! Just passing thru but will stop here again!
Really need to learn how to make a thick blizzard. Every time we come here we get milk with toppings. It can’t be that hard to make them thick. And then to order and see a sign that says unable to flip blizzard at this time. Should say something while order so we know we are getting slushies. Do better

This is the worst DQ I've ever been to. Very over priced. Ordered a large and a medium soft serve cones. Received 2 medium cones. Cost over $10
It's a shame a small ice cream cause almost 4 dollars and the chilli hot dog was awful 😖 😱 😨 😰

Stay away from this restaurant They will rip you off with a smile on their face I ordered a dipped cone and an ice water and it was $8.32. Charged over $3 for an ice water and complained and said I just asked for a cup of water they charge for free water and he just said yes and handed me the receipt. 🤦♀️
Bread on my burger was soggy and my kids sundae was not even half of what it was supposed to be they put a drink top on my their sundaes so they can give less our food was nasty and a waste of my money

Manager is rude, Doesn’t know how to interact with customers and satisfy their expectations.
I recently visited Dairy Queen to redeem a reward for a cake. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I waited the entire time for my order, and when I asked the employee, Sahil, about the delay, he mentioned they weren’t receiving mobile orders apparently, this is a recurring issue.
I then requested to speak with the manager, Faz, but his response was unprofessional and rude. Instead of resolving the situation, he simply stated, “We always have issues with mobile orders.” If this is a known problem, why hasn’t it been fixed yet? It felt like they were trying to avoid honoring the reward, which is unfair.
To make matters worse, I was picking up the order on behalf of my brother, but Faz unnecessarily questioned me about where I live and insisted the person who placed the order should come in. This was completely unreasonable and added to the poor service experience.
If Dairy Queen cannot handle mobile rewards, they should address the technical issues instead of making customers feel unwelcome. I hope they improve their service and train staff to handle such situations more professionally.
