Seriously my needs new management. Excited to get something new in area. However it's a joke. They were great the first 6 months. Down hill since. Everyday they are out of something. Kids managing kids, warm bodies that's it. Rude in drive thru as well as when walking in establishment. A waste of brick and mortar space. We would rather drive 10 minutes further for cake donuts.
I swear this location never opens on time I drive by every weekend on my way to work hoping to get my coffee. 20-25 minutes after they are supposed to open, and they never are

The manager at this location is absolutely horrible bc bc. I asked to speak with her. She said she was too busy then I see her walk up to the front still doesn’t speak to me. Does it acknowledge that I am there for a whole 10 minutes for one iced coffee. However, the other two gentlemen that were working inside were extremely nice. I feel bad that they’re under such poor management.

I'm currently in the drive thru waiting on 1 cup of coffee. It's been over 10 minutes. My first order was wrong, and that was ok. But the wait without saying anything to the customer was really a mess.
