People working here always extremely nice and quit take your order. They're also extremely quick on fixing your order. That's where you got to start watching what you order. Two out of the last three times I've been in this place they messed up the order they do not give me what I order. I ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese on the side and I ordered the avocado toast with bacon. I got a plain bagel with cream cheese on it and the avocado toast had no bacon that I paid $2 extra for. But that's my fault cuz I have done that twice

First of all, let me start by saying I barely leave reviews. But this morning, my family and I stopped by Dunkin on the way to church. The girl on the head set was very rude and clearly sounds like she dont want to be bothered. She was rushing us to place the order and not giving us a single moment to make sure we had everything ordered. You could hear the attitude through the speaker. I usually avoid this Dunkin because they are very inconsistent. I received my avocado toast with avocado smear all over the box smh. After opening the toast, I discovered it was burnt. If I wasnt running late for service I would have went back inside. Let me just say this...people work hard for their money and do not deserve to deal with rude people when they are paying for something. I only gave 2 stars because the young man at the window was nice.Please start being mindful of who is hired at your establishment because someone may not be as gracious as me.

This location isn't very consistent. 3 out of the 5 orders weekly are always wrong. It not as bad as the Senoia location, but they need quality control.

The location at the Marathon sucks, the sign says they open the lobby at 5:00 AM and they refuse to open the door for customers. Hopefully they will have a change in employs and put people in there that dont mind working or they will close the doors soon. We need a Krispy Kreme and Starbucks in the area anyway because this service Sucks period.

Went to the drive-through this morning and ordered an untoasted bagel. What I received looked dark brown and toasted. Parked my car and went inside to request another bagel. The young man at the register was very polite and apologetic. When I got home and took the bagel out the bag, it looked like the same bagel I returned except it was sliced. A few weeks prior, I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel that was so tough I could barely chew it. Definitely will not be back to this location again.

Really poorly ran location.

Coffee is never made correctly even when it’s slow.

My coffee is either cold, or I don’t know what they made. I keep trying them because of the location but the last 2 times I ended up driving down to bill gardner and repurchasing another coffee.

The workers spend most of the time talking to each other.

Overall I would suggest hit another location on your commute.

Me and my family just drove through for 2 doughnuts and a croissant. We waited roughly 15 mins in the drive-thru and then was asked to pull up. When I asked how much longer, the manager responded with a terrible attitude…as if I was wrong for asking after already waiting so long. She also yelled at her employee in front of us in a condescending manner. I felt embarrassed for him. We will no longer be stopping here.

Super inconsistent with flavor. I ordered a latte and it taste like cold brew. Seems like they are too lazy to make it correctly. Waste of money, wouldn’t remake it.

Kid at the register right now at 7:50 AM just running his hands through his hair and then reaching his hands into the doughnut trays. The place is just nasty. No more.

This has got to be the worst dunkin ive ever been to. Ive ordered from here no less than 40 times since its on my way from work and AT LEAST 60% of the time they mess up my order or forget something. I will not be visiting again if the employees cant READ simple instructions.

There's always something wrong. Your food is either not on time, they are out of half the menu, or they forget items. I stop here almost everyday and at this point it will save me time to drive out my way rather than go through this consistently.
