I visited the drive thru as almost every day on 4\\23\\25. I was the only customer there and the counter was empty as well, they take my payment and walked away. My coffe comes to the window and gets set aside by a different person, ten minutes later another person comes and walks by, ignoring me sitting at the window, then finally 2-3 minutes later comes to hand me my coffee. Absolutely terrible customer service for which there is no excuse. I will find another place to get coffee in the future.

I forgot to order a donut thru the drive thru. Decided to add it at window. Itās just ONE donut. I already ordered a 10 ct of munchkins. Get to window and got told it depends on how many cars are behind you? There was like 3. Was told couldnāt add the donut. I mentioned they were walking over to get my 10 ct anyways and that didnāt make sense. The manager āMarkā (hesitated on giving name) argued with me for 5 minutes and then asked if I still wanted my items. To which I responded yes, I paid for them. Iāve never had an issue at this Dunkin but I think the manager needs to learn not to argue with customers & if youāre walking over to get the other items, you could of grabbed the extra. Itās not like I asked to make a drink or anything crazy. Maybe Dunkin needs to teach their employees how to have customer satisfaction and not be lazy.

I used my app to preorder 24 hours in advance for Valentineās Day. When I get there to pick up my order, there arenāt any donuts left. I prepaid, and preordered, for this very reason. The lady behind the counter, Kelly, was very rude, and couldnāt understand my frustration. This is terrible customer service. Kelly, I hope your day gets better, because your attitude sucked.

The few times i come here its either the drink is weird or they put too much ice . I ask for a Medium matcha latte with 2 frenchvanilla with coldfoam with LIGHT ice .. why is my ice filled to the second line? You tell me you HAVE to put ice in it or my cup is gonna be short but as a former dunkin worker we was always putting no ice if the customer asked.. half my drink was cold foam like .. ho is you coo???

I'm no longer coming to this location. I end wasting money because the taste of the drinks is always off or really bad. Today I ordered a M iced latte with pumpkin. The worst latte I've ever had! It tasted sour and I didn't have time go back and ask for them to fix it so I'm out $6. Unfortunately, It's rare that my drink is actually decent tasting at this location.

I will say that Morning shift is WAY better than night shift. Morning shift always has it together. I place a mobile order almost everyday and the food and drink I recieve is always fresh and the best! Donna is the sweetest, I had a complaint about my food and she corrected it with ease!

I waited for 10 minutes at the Dunkin Donuts and NO ONE was in there. The only person who looked like they were on duty is this lady who was talking to some guy outside. How the F is that allowed? I made an order online and i was planning to pick it up before work. Had to go to STARBUCKS NEXT DOOR. WHICH YOU ALL SHOULD DO. ITS THE SAME DAMN PRICE FOR BETTER QUALITY DRINKS AND FOOD.

I frequent DD PERIOD!! in my area off of exit 218 in McDonough GA my DD is being remodeled. So when we got ready to hit the road for our vacation we couldnāt do the normal stop there. So, we go to exit 212 in Locust Grove, GA. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! When we got out the truck there was a white gentleman in front of us that went in first. Immediately he was greeted and he was served and mind you there was just him, my wife and I and another Asian lady standing there. The entire staff 3 ladies and young guy were white and itās never been a color thing for us but it became one quickly yesterday 5/26 at 6:38 am. This gentleman spent all of 6 minutes getting his coffee and he was out! We stood there for 11 minutes with no greeting of the day, no acknowledgment at all even after being looked at in the face by the older lady working the register with the previous guy. She went back and fourth a total of (5) times and I said to my wife if she does this one more time we leave! She did it and my wife asked are you at least going to acknowledge us that weāre here? She threw the bags down and said can I help U? My wife said you didnāt even speak to us no you canāt now. The young man who was mixing drinks in front of us the entire time might I say never spoke either had the audacity to say āCANāT U SEE WE ARE SHORTā after the ladies response to my wife. That was so rude and I told my wife to come on letās go! 1. How are we to know that your short. 2. How are we to know that it takes (4) people to work the drive thru. And they stood there and never apologized for what happened. The other lady turned and left as well. I do DD every other day unless Iām just busy busy and canāt get to it. But everyday and Iāve NEVER had to deal with what we dealt with on 5/26 6:38 in the morning. We drive on to macon and got to DD and when we walked in āGOOD MORNINGā We ordered our drinks, sandwiches and got our munchies and said WOW! All of that! Someone needs to check the attitudes (TAMMY) there at 4841!!! On a racial level and Iām sad to say that! Never will I go there again!! And itās sad because thatās one of the cleaner ones in he area. But thatās it!!
