This felt like going to an arcade, Long wait. Rude Staft members. I go have for a Quick morning coffee I get inside and the line is as long as my toenails., I Wait for a good 10 to 15 minutes until getting in my car and going to the drive through thinking that would be faster nope.

I wait a good 30 minutes for literally coffee.

I would have went over to Starbucks. But .

Not good this morning. Coffee tasted like artificial sweetener was added instead of sugar. Weak coffee. Bagel was salty. Just awful today. Poor drive thru service attendant too around 10:40.

I visited D&D Locust Grove last week. I would’ve given this review sooner but I noticed there’s two DD right in the same area and I didn’t know which one. Either way, Kudos to the Baristas there! They handed me the most amazing Caramel Frozen Coffee w Expresso ever!!! It was sooo delicious that it can’t go unmentioned! I’m still thinking about it! #Bestinarea Maybe a 100m radius w the Airport as the center point.

What That Mouth Do

I just now went into this location, the woman at the front register was extremely rude! She slammed my coffee at the front table and was really Irritated with something else that was going on. Horrible customer service! Will not be coming back to this location!

I've gotten bagel minis up and down the east coast and until today I've never had one fully cooked! Wow, I thought the center was supposed to be cold, but it's obvious once you try a fully warm one that it's amazing fully cooked. Thank you dunkin locust grove! July 20th at 10:20am. Great staff working at that time.

Absolutely they worse customer service I ever experienced in my entire life went through the drive-tru to place my order a tall guy with dreads kept on cutting me off every-time I speak previously before this incident this same guys use to give me cow milk when I ask for oat milk…however I ask the guy to please allow me to speak this other girl came on the mic that wears her bangs over her viser can’t miss her she always in the wig she says to AMMA NEED YOU TO CALM DOWN am sorry what. I was never disrespectful to the guy nor rude…however she felt she needed to take my order now and said in her rude tone WELL AM TAKING YOUR ORDER NOW WHAT DO YOU WANT. I politely drive away cause the morning crew is never like that evening staff need to get it together cause they are all rude

I visited the drive thru as almost every day on 4\\23\\25. I was the only customer there and the counter was empty as well, they take my payment and walked away. My coffe comes to the window and gets set aside by a different person, ten minutes later another person comes and walks by, ignoring me sitting at the window, then finally 2-3 minutes later comes to hand me my coffee. Absolutely terrible customer service for which there is no excuse. I will find another place to get coffee in the future.

I forgot to order a donut thru the drive thru. Decided to add it at window. It’s just ONE donut. I already ordered a 10 ct of munchkins. Get to window and got told it depends on how many cars are behind you? There was like 3. Was told couldn’t add the donut. I mentioned they were walking over to get my 10 ct anyways and that didn’t make sense. The manager “Mark” (hesitated on giving name) argued with me for 5 minutes and then asked if I still wanted my items. To which I responded yes, I paid for them. I’ve never had an issue at this Dunkin but I think the manager needs to learn not to argue with customers & if you’re walking over to get the other items, you could of grabbed the extra. It’s not like I asked to make a drink or anything crazy. Maybe Dunkin needs to teach their employees how to have customer satisfaction and not be lazy.

I used my app to preorder 24 hours in advance for Valentine’s Day. When I get there to pick up my order, there aren’t any donuts left. I prepaid, and preordered, for this very reason. The lady behind the counter, Kelly, was very rude, and couldn’t understand my frustration. This is terrible customer service. Kelly, I hope your day gets better, because your attitude sucked.
