Got over charged and the excuse that was given to me was that the owners have not updated the menu inside. The guy at the front counter didn't know what was ordered as I went back to the front to get the food that was missing from my order. He was acting like I was trying to steal something from the restaurant by asking for the rest of my order. Which at the time was only me and my wife in the store.

Ordered a side of fries. They usually come in a styrofoam container and you get a decent amount. Ordered from them on the day of this being posted and I received an open container in a bag. It was small. I went inside to ask and waited in the lobby for about five minutes because there were no associates behind the counter. After finally being served by a team member I was informed they changed the size of the container but “aren’t informing customers if they don’t ask. But we’re only giving 5oz of fries now.”

I've been coming to Guthrie's for a few years now and they've been great. Today 7/14/25 I order my usual and was disappointed. The service was great as usual, but the tenders and fries were fried in some very old grease. I hope they see this review and do a better job of using clean, new grease.

If I could give a zero I would. This place can’t find a good Manager to run this place. They just need to shut it down. Gross food

I ordered here off Uber eats and when I got home and opened up one of the meals. There was a roach sitting on top of the bread… threw all the food out Uber luckily gave me a refund.
