Really good food. The place Is very clean. The service Is cool. Not too busy. Needs a "OPEN" sign to let customers know If Its open or closed. The parking Is decent and always clean. It's in a good plaza with alot of other stores/businesses. Will definitely come back and eat.

This IHOP was really nice and clean. Very few customers, but it was Easter. The greeting and customer service was just fabulous. Very polite employees. The food was above average but IHOP has done better. Hash browns were really over done, but pancakes were awesome. Omelette was done nicely, meat items were over cooked but tasty. The restaurant was really dark, as about every other light seemed to be turned off. Overall, not bad.

This location has been hit or miss for me but the problem with their 10:00 closing time is that they participate in the same stop doing stuff 2 hours before closing that most restaurants do. There was a problem with online ordering and even though they're open till 10:00 they refuse to take an online order or to help me figure out how to fix it. I prefer online ordering because I can get a little discount with coupon codes etc, it's just the most convenient. It seems like they were trying to find ways to not take additional orders, and if there's a problem with their site they should know who the ask and be able to direct me toward that person. Yet another restaurant I'm going to have to avoid if I'm within 2 hours of their closing time. Is a pet peeve of mine to have my options restricted because they are attempting to shut down quicker. Long story short expect problems if you order near 10:00

It’s IHOP so my expectations were minimal. Food was not great. Got charged 2.30 to add strawberries to my pancakes. And it literally was two strawberries cut in half. No strawberry Sakura or anything. All the people working here were polite and friendly but the food just wasn’t worth the cost.

We have dined in, carried out, and had delivery many times since this location opened, and it has continually gotten worse and worse. Our last visit I ordered eggs, grits, and bacon. Being as these are some of the first things kids learn how to cook, I feel they are safe bets in a restaurant. I was so wrong. The grits were really ground corn soup, eggs were so dry and bland, and the bacon was just disgusting! How can bacon taste bad?? Ask IHOP LG, they succeeded. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich. When he got his plate it was a burger. He told the waitress it was wrong and asked if they could make him chicken. She took his plate only to walk out a few seconds later and sit it back in front of him and say "the truck didn't came today". And then just walked away... like you eat whatever we put in front of you. We decided we would leave and go elsewhere. I left payment for our drinks and a very generous tip at the table and went to the front to tell them we were leaving. After waiting almost five minutes for an employee to appear, one did and said they would get our check. I told them my food was complely inedible, and they didn't even serve my husband what he ordered. She still wanted to charge us for my husband's meal!! I told her no, but I left some cash on the table. She got very aggregated but said fine. One of the absolute worst experiences I've had at a place of business. I'm officially done with IHOP in Locust Grove.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I’ve been on this earth for some years and I’ve actually never experienced anything like this. Not only was the food horrible but the service was terrible. I’m not sure if the waitress was just very rude or straight up brainless because the order was royally messed up and no effort was put forth to fix it. Not one time did our waitress check in or offer a refill however when it was time to sign the check and leave a tip she was all of the sudden very attentive….nah baby try again next time because you’re not getting a penny from me after that mess. I would genuinely be ashamed to be affiliated with this location. 0/10 stay FAR away from this place!

Very friendly staff and helpful. We stopped in to have a quick breakfast and everything was great. Our waitress was wonderful and had a great attitude!! Lakecia or Lalisa...all we know if my Dad messed up her name and she was so sweet!

We eat here often but not anymore. When we sat down all the silverware was filled with grease and food but wrapped in napkins. (3 new customers came in and theirs were nasty as well) ‼️PLaaaasticccc Pleeassee‼️We ordered my daughter got her food and upon arrival the broccoli looked like it should but upon further inspection, it looks like a fungus with little eyes were growing from it on several pieces which grossed us all the way out. (Her other side which were potatoes were cold and hard) So now she’s left with just meat and a piece of bread. (They offered a new side and put it in a Togo bag but we left it on the table)Michelle the manager said she can only take off $1.50 for all the issues that occurred. I explained I have no problem with paying for what we eat but it was a terrible experience for us. She didn’t care and walked off.Our server was nice and tried her best.

Stopped in early to beat the crowd from shoppers this time of year. Once we figured out who was going to serve us, things went great! There was a strong gas odor upon arrival and am not sure what was happening there. They said they just turned on the gas appliances, but it smelled like it was having trouble igniting. Not to worry we didn’t explode! The food was hot. The order did not come out initially as ordered, but they made it right the second time. Server was attentive, for the most part. She always got what we asked for with a smile. But there were times she was off the floor for long periods of time. I’ll tell you the dulce pancakes are super sweet, but yummy. I had a bite, not sure I could eat a whole order myself.

Well....I had not eaten in an ihop in about 40 years. NOTHING has changed. Looks like a hospital cafeteria and the food does too. Go somewhere else. Simple burger was flat tasting and the bun was COLD.....like refrigerator cold. My friend had breakfast and it was fine for him. But seriously, how hard is it to at least make an attempt to look like a place you would want to sit and enjoy a meal. Instead it makes you feel like eating and leaving very quickly....it's sorta depressing inside. It was virtually empty the whole time I was there (at about 1pm) and no one came in while eating. The waitstaff person was very nice and was just fine but this place has the ambience of a school or hospital cafeteria and feels the same.

Have not been to an IHOP in awhile. I am going back. The food was very good and the thing that made the biggest impression on me was the great service! Nowadays great service is hard to find. I highly recommend it!

Stopped here because we thought this was going to be a quick option for breakfast. We are traveling and behind a few hours. What a mistake. First we were not initially greeted at the door.... We wandered in and used the bathroom to get hostesses attention. We waited almost 45 minutes to get our food. A manager had come out and apologize that their printer was not working and that was the holdup. However when our food arrived my boyfriend's food was too salty to even eat And furthermore my food was not hot. The cheese on my bowl was barely melted and the egg is cold. After we were done inhaling our meal. We explained we were in a bit of a rush our waitress still took her time to bring a check to us. An hour and 10 minutes is a little too long for a quick breakfast. I will probably not be back to this location. Maybe it was because it was Monday?, Our waitress was kind and it was nice they offered an apology but it was too costly and the wait time was too long for breakfast that was only okay.

This was my worst experience at an IHOP. The service was mediocre, but the food....the food was horrible. My whole table ordered chicken and pancakes/waffles. When the food came out, the chicken was gross. It had obviously been cooked in old grease. It even smelled bad. It's probably not like that all the time, but they ruined our lunch. I won't be back to that location.

Dirty knife / ordered the cold brewed coffee .. it was gross the taste was bitter and stale tasting . We ordered the NEW chicken quesadilla and after 10 mins were told they had no bread for it … had to ask for straws / the waitresses voice was so low like a whispering.. gad the repeat everything. I ordered the BLT and asked what were the bread choices .. she said we don’t have choices for burgers … ??? I didn’t order a burger .. she didn’t know what breads you have had to go ask . You really need to retrain your servers !!! And a smile.. would have been nice . … Usually.. there is mayor on a BLT .. I guess not here…??? A very difficult and disappointing experience!!

Our waiter Lewis was awesome! He was attentive and just had a great positive vibe about him. The food was great too! We have had a few not-so-great experiences at this location, but today seems like they really turned the place around.
