Please stop combining KFC with taco bell. KFC needs to stand alone. Because the workers do not want to cook KFC. Every time we go they end KFC early. And tonight is 6pm. I asked for wings and potatoes wedges that KFC is advertising. They did not have them. This restaurant just needs to be taco bell. They suck!

I have to share this. My husband and I were going to grab something to eat and then go grocery shopping. We went in and forgot his bank card at home so we told him to cancel the order and we would have to go home and get the bank card he said Are you gonna go home hungry and my husband said no I’m going home to get my bank card he said don’t worry about it. It’s on me today and we didn’t have to pay for anything man. We were blessed today.

My husband and I were going to grab something to eat and go shopping for groceries. We get the KFC order our food and he forgets his card at home. We told the manager to cancel the order because the bank car was at home and he said are you gonna go home hungry we said no we’ll get back out and get something to eat after we get the bank card. He said don’t leave the food on me. Do not worry about it. I don’t want you to be hungry. Blessed for him to bless us this way how awesome is that?

While the food and service was fine, the items I purchased were significantly higher priced than most Taco Bells I've stopped at over the southeast. One of the items was over 10% higher priced than my local Taco Bell, and the other item was almost 20% higher. Maybe it's because I stopped at one by Tanger Outlets, which attracts a lot of tourists. Kind of like how they price gouge you when you buy food at the airport or amusement parks. The other thing that made this one terrible is that I couldn't check in on my app to use my rewards. If I could have checked in the item that had an almost 20% upcharge would have been free. Since I was traveling out of town late at night I didn't want to take the time to get out of the drive-thru line, pull over in the parking lot, figure out which Taco Bell I was at, put in a mobile order, and wait for them to get it. Some locations take a while to get the mobile orders. I still had over an hour's drive ahead of me, and was already tired. NEVER AGAIN!!

I used the drive through, I thought I checked everything but I got an extra quesadilla and I'm missing a burrito, oh and I got a side of nacho cheese sauce that I hadn't posted. Not sure if I was hard to hear, or the staff just missed it... Oh well, we all got enough food.

Food taste absolutely horrible. Chicken taste like dammit to hell and cole slaw tasted like the way finger nail polish remover smells. Never again!!! Never had a problem at other locations...

Be cautious of this KFC. They have a habit of pushing original recipe chicken on you when you order extra crispy. Always check your order! 🤨

Ok well tonight is Sat 10/26/24, this place is god awful the WORST . 931 PM ON A SAT, YALL DONT HAVE CHICKEN... LIKE HELLOOOO YOUR NAME SAYS ENOUGH... KFC, NO CHICKEN... Y'ALL DONT DERAERVE THE 1 STAR, BUT HAD TO GIVE 1 TO LEAVE 1.... NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN,literally what's the point of a KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN without CHICKEN.. I MEAN DAMN REALLY 🤔

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY THIS LOCATION!! Apparently two employees were outside talking when an angry lady pulled up in a Dodge journey and almost ran over one the one guy who was wearing a hoodie. From what I witnessed she was upset because she thought her husband and this guy in particular had something going on. She went as far as to say her husband openly disclosed this person’s confidential information. That’s not the worst part. SHE THREATENED TO KILL THIS SAME GUY!! NOBODY SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT BECAUSE YOU ARE SO INSECURE. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

I’ll have to admit the low rating scared me but the experience here did not reflect the same! Their newest employee “Ilijah” was very nervous but very courteous and did wonderful, on his first day!

So un organized and always packed it's taco hell not toco bell app wasn't working and you couldn't get a online item when you walked in..so it sucked was not worth the money I spent won't do it again that's for sure..
