I don’t know who you guys have working at the window. She too old to be working here having a nasty attitude. Overheard her conversation with someone else and she was mad she was at the window since 11…it’s 7 pm…that’s a regular work schedule sistah. Maybe yall should try to hire enough people to be able to rotate at night because she killed my mood and ruined my appetite. I hate people that take anger out on strangers because of their personal problems at work. Yall need to get her off yall line immediately.

The young lady working the cash register was awesome. Asked for the family bucket to be all drums. She counted that she could make that happen. It wasn’t until the “manager” came up and yelled loudly in front of the whole dining room that she couldn’t do the all drums and was super rude about it to the cashier and us. I don’t even care, but don’t go talking smack in the back as if we can’t hear you. Also forgot to give us our comeback sauce. Do better

Maybe it’s because I moved her from a big service where the service is terrible, I’m not sure but every experience I’ve had at this location has been amazing since moving here 4 months ago. My food is always hot and fresh and they don’t skimp on the portions.

Please stop combining KFC with taco bell. KFC needs to stand alone. Because the workers do not want to cook KFC. Every time we go they end KFC early. And tonight is 6pm. I asked for wings and potatoes wedges that KFC is advertising. They did not have them. This restaurant just needs to be taco bell. They suck!

I have to share this. My husband and I were going to grab something to eat and then go grocery shopping. We went in and forgot his bank card at home so we told him to cancel the order and we would have to go home and get the bank card he said Are you gonna go home hungry and my husband said no I’m going home to get my bank card he said don’t worry about it. It’s on me today and we didn’t have to pay for anything man. We were blessed today.

My husband and I were going to grab something to eat and go shopping for groceries. We get the KFC order our food and he forgets his card at home. We told the manager to cancel the order because the bank car was at home and he said are you gonna go home hungry we said no we’ll get back out and get something to eat after we get the bank card. He said don’t leave the food on me. Do not worry about it. I don’t want you to be hungry. Blessed for him to bless us this way how awesome is that?
While the food and service was fine, the items I purchased were significantly higher priced than most Taco Bells I've stopped at over the southeast. One of the items was over 10% higher priced than my local Taco Bell, and the other item was almost 20% higher. Maybe it's because I stopped at one by Tanger Outlets, which attracts a lot of tourists. Kind of like how they price gouge you when you buy food at the airport or amusement parks. The other thing that made this one terrible is that I couldn't check in on my app to use my rewards. If I could have checked in the item that had an almost 20% upcharge would have been free. Since I was traveling out of town late at night I didn't want to take the time to get out of the drive-thru line, pull over in the parking lot, figure out which Taco Bell I was at, put in a mobile order, and wait for them to get it. Some locations take a while to get the mobile orders. I still had over an hour's drive ahead of me, and was already tired. NEVER AGAIN!!

I used the drive through, I thought I checked everything but I got an extra quesadilla and I'm missing a burrito, oh and I got a side of nacho cheese sauce that I hadn't posted. Not sure if I was hard to hear, or the staff just missed it... Oh well, we all got enough food.
