I’ll have to admit the low rating scared me but the experience here did not reflect the same! Their newest employee “Ilijah” was very nervous but very courteous and did wonderful, on his first day!
I went through the drive thru of this KFC on Saturday, March 25th, around 4:45 pm. I saw the reviews prior to ordering and my expectations were low but when I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, everything about the meal was delicious. The fries were hot, crispy and well salted, bussing if you will. The chicken sandwich was juicy, thick, and inviting. Everyone who worked there today to make that meal deserves a raise and I thought all of you should know that. I hope whoever reads...
The service reminded me that we are post-pandemic and staffing issues exist.After a few moments, the Mgr acknowledged me and just as he headed towards me the cashier appeared from the bathroom.This store is a combo Taco Bell/KFC. I did not see self-ordering screens.It is clean.
