First, they lost my order. Then it was found it after a customer called saying they delivered the wrong food. I had to sit and wait for them to make my whole order again. I had to be asked multiple times what my order was? Or what's the name on the order?

We ordered a pizza over the phone received confirmation. We went to pick up the pizza in locust grove because that's where I ordered it . When my wife went in they stated they did not have the order and advised my wife the order was at Racetrack road location in McDonough. We went to that location which is on total opposite sides of town just to find out we was given bad information because they did not have our order. So I called back down to locust grove location spoke with a female who stated she just had someone come in which was my wife. she then stated she just didnt know. We sat there in silence for a few I finally just gave up. Anyway I've from Marcos on many occasions always had great service but this one beats the cake I understand things happen but to tell my wife one thing and was asked if confirmed your associate said yes at Racetrack location. But of course it was not. That was one issue but the biggest issue honestly not one of the stores asked can they go ahead and take our order. I guess they had their quota for the day. It's sad Marcos pizza are fantastic but if ya got no customer service what's the use. Thank God for little ceasars

Usually this place is decent but sometimes it misses the mark. I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza with the signature delicious garlic butter crust. What they gave me was nothing like it. The taste was really off (flavor wise and look wise) and the crust was visibly not correct. I tasted the crust to see if maybe it was just over cooked or something but it was bland. I could tell they must have made the wrong pizza and given me one of those specialty pizzas but they denied it. I can't stand the taste of my pizza and wasted money on it. Had to give it away. Guess I have to find something else to buy to eat. Very frustrating and a waste of my reward points. We work hard for our money and eating out (and driving over 30 minutes to the location since it doesn't deliver this far) so it sucks to be let down this way. The wings were good at least.. not sure if I'll be back anytime soon.

I ordered doordash dropped off with my seal broken pizza was cold. I was very unsatisfied! My children doordash, I don’t! With this being said, I called spoke with management that was on duty. My order was delivered by Marco’s driver- pizza was fresh/ hot and delivered in a timely manner/ fashion… Much appreciated

Everything was great. Food was amazing as always. I always go to Marco’s pizza instead of any other pizza joint. My food was ready in 10 minutes. Always quick. Always hot.

We’ve ordered from Marco’s many times previously but something drastically changed with this last order. It was immediately noticeable to everyone in the family that it was a better bake with more substantial toppings. Not sure why the difference, but we’re huge fans!

Received an estimated 15 minutes for my order to be ready. 30 minutes later I clicked on the link to notify the staff I was waiting out by the curb. Waited another 15 minutes & walked inside to pick up my pizzas. They were ready & sitting on the rack. The employee handed them to me. So much for curbside pick-up. The toppings on one pizza were burned to a crisp. Goodbye Marcos. I recommend you Google I Love NY Style Pizza next door to Publix in Locust Grove. 2678 Ga - 155. It's further out but well worth it.
