First, they lost my order. Then it was found it after a customer called saying they delivered the wrong food. I had to sit and wait for them to make my whole order again. I had to be asked multiple times what my order was? Or what's the name on the order?

Usually this place is decent but sometimes it misses the mark. I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza with the signature delicious garlic butter crust. What they gave me was nothing like it. The taste was really off (flavor wise and look wise) and the crust was visibly not correct. I tasted the crust to see if maybe it was just over cooked or something but it was bland. I could tell they must have made the wrong pizza and given me one of those specialty pizzas but they denied it....

I ordered doordash dropped off with my seal broken pizza was cold. I was very unsatisfied! My children doordash, I don’t! With this being said, I called spoke with management that was on duty. My order was delivered by Marco’s driver- pizza was fresh/ hot and delivered in a timely manner/ fashion… Much appreciated
